[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer several weeks ago to replace our 14 year old washer. Wow, we were impressed with the quiet efficiency of our new LG. It even sound happy when you turn it on!

It would be easy to say that purchasing a dryer is a second thought and that it's all about matching the LG washer that we purchased. But like the washer, this machine is fully featured, performance has been excellent, and it was reasonably priced.

I've had my washer since early November. It is not working properly. The only wash cycle that doesn't leave suds is the Perm Press. And the water valve makes a loud noise. And the cycles run shorter times, than the display originally shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially had a leak problem but that was due to a loosened valve and using too much detergent. Since then, I have used less detergent and have had excellent results.

I think cycles are a little longer, than unit I had, but I beleive it's using less water, Spin cycle gets ride of a lot of moisture. Seems pretty quite. A louder end of cycle alarm would have been better. LIKE IT!
