Had a Corsori and quit working in less than a year. I purchased the Ninja and it is the best air fryer. I love it. Just wished I had caught it on sale but needed it then!!!!

It’s great! Love the two baskets, makes it easy to prepare 2 separate meals. We have made steaks, meatballs, pork chops, etc. vegetables, french fries, onion rings, everything turns out delicious.!

The product lasted few months only until with minimum use burned inside and a strong smell of burning wires made me disconnect the unit, Customer Service keep redirecting me to the wrong department on the chat and over the phone , the last 5 (helpers) ended the conversation before we finish (not very professional as it used to be), Ok the product didn't worked as expected but just tell me that only the manufacturer offers warranty since day one, I was offered a refund a reference number etc... after a week they say that the refund will be rejected because I spoke with the wrong department and when they are the ones who keep redirecting me and cutting the conversation, it looks like there is no managers to on C Service online to guarantee quality and accuracy in the answers.

We bought this as a gift for our son after he moved idue to locating a job in another city. He has used it multiple times in just a few weeks. He will call home and describe different recipes he has attempted. We purchased this particular air fryer because we have one at our house and are satisfied with it.

I had purchased an inexpensive air fryer. Every time I used it the house smelled like burning plastic. The manual said this was normal when first using the fryer. The smell was so bad I stopped using it. This air fryer is as amazing as the description listed No odor, works well, and food tastes awesome. Some people have said the unit is too large. I feel it is the perfect size for two people. Im very happy with this purchase.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it does pretty good but it seems to not make the food crispy as I would like it to be. We first bought the Ninja single air fryer at the suggestion of my son cause he liked his so much, and we really liked the Ninja single basket air fryer A LOT! So I wanted to try the dual one. To say the least I was a little disappointed in the time it took cook my food. It seemed to be struggling to keep up with the single basket one. The dual zone is a WONDERFUL idea but it seems to have lost something with this “idea”. Don’t get me wrong, it works just fine BUT it just doesn’t get my food as crispy as the Ninja single basket air fryer that we have. It may need to be tweaked a little Ninja. 🤷‍♂️

Apparently mine was defective, the food was not cooked per the instructions, I powered it of, got a nice shock of electricity run through my body, black smoke and grine all over the outlet, even tripped the breaker. Not sure if the prongs were missing metal pieces before or after but I'm pretty sure I'd notice that detail, replacing that outlet.

I am a recent widower, and now find myself chief cook! Cooking for one, and making several items was a challenge. With the two basket, I can cook two different items at the same time. If they have different temperatures and cooking times, the fryer will adjust so that both items finish at the same time! Outstanding! ! ! Shrimp, fries, tater tots, salmon, are easy, fast, and turn out great. It is BIG and somewhat HEAVY, but manageable by an 80-yr-old.

Not happy, ninja was purchased on sale and I had to return because of malfunction of the unit. Sam's did not have another one in stock so instead of refunding my cc the rep issued a gift card which will cost me 40.00 more for same item. I have spoken to 2 individuald from your store and was not helpful at all. I m a plus member and should not have been treated this way... This was at the Sam's on Marshall road in San Antonio TX.
