I am not Mexican, im Colombian but my hubby has fallen in love with alot of Mexican culture bc my moms ex was Mexican. In US the beer gots to have a lime and lil dash of salt, but not South America. it lwgit tastes like they "pre added" the lime and salt!!! seriously

Modelo by itself or with lime and ice cold————can’t beat it. Wayyyyyyyyy better than Corona and my go to for this type of beer. A modelo “margarita” is also a fast and easy way to switch it up a little when you don’t feel like breaking out the blender.

Go to poolside beer! Not a huge beer person but I’ll drink it in the summer! Modelo is refreshing and tastes great! Nothing hits the spot better than this in Texas humidity! I wish it was in a taller bottle because I like the way the taller ones feel in my hand but this is such a minor complaint it’s almost not worth mentioning. Love this beer!!

Best Beer Ever!!! I love the crisp, clean taste it doesn’t have a bad after taste. It goes down smooth, very refreshing. They come in bottles and cans in various sizes. They make several different flavors. It’s more of an all purpose beer. Parties, outings, spring events are just a few places to enjoy this delicious beer!

I think this beer is one of the most smooth and it doesn't smell that strong. It's not expensive very good value It's perfect for a great afternoon with friends and family Modelo Especial . I think it doesn't compare with any others that I have tried. I always buy it for party's or just to have it at home for my husband. I'm not a really beer fan but I like this one.

I usually don't drink, but this was actually really good! I had it in glass bottles with some friends a couple weeks ago and I normally hate beer but ended up really like these! It was definitely a fun evening! Highly recommend Modelo Especial Mexican Import Beer

Love a modelo in the summer, but only in the summer. There’s something special about this Mexican larger that can’t be stated. It’s light without losing flavor, not too heavy, and an all around solid beer. Definitely better than Corona but on the same level as Pacifico.

Great taste, good alternative to corona. Foil wrapping around the top is a tad annoying. You either spend too much time peeling the foil or you end up with the foil in your mouth as you drink it. Good only if you have time to peel the foil back or you’re planning to drink out of a glass.

My favorite beer of all time. I used to be a huge believer in man law "no fruit in your beer" until I had a Modelo with a slice of lime and a pinch of salt, AMAZING. I can drink this beer in a snow storm or in 110 degree weather, it is great whenever. if you have not had the pleasure of trying a Modelo I highly recommend it, and I say go above and beyond with a slice of lime and a pinch of salt (be careful it will want to overflow with the salt and lime).

This beer is my go to. It my favorite imported beer. The price is fair and it has a cool bootleg to boot. The dark beer of modelos I wouldn't recommend I accidentally ordered it one night with dinner and bout threw up. I recommend the light colored. I think you will to
