Modelo is a great beer to have on a hot summer day. Open it up, pour it into a ice cold chilled glass, add some fresh lime, and sit back and enjoy! Or, straight out of an icy cold bottle after you peel of the gold wrapper and add some lime... nothing is better! This is a great Mexican beer that you have to try!

I love Modelo. I love the cans as well as the bottles. It is a nice beer and it's different from the other beers out there. I love Modelos crisp taste and ease of drinking. I am a frequent consumer of Modelo and I say they are better with lime. Let me know your opinion. Thank you Modelo for your amazing beer.

My favorite cheap beer on the market. Something about the flavor of this beer just works remarkably well for me. Nice flavor and I can make micheladas with this and they are perfect. Please hope they never discontinue this beer my heart will be broken. 

I was introduced to Modelo while in Mexico way before it was available in the states near me. It has a slight orange taste and isn’t very hoppy. It is far from my favorite beer but I have seen many other people drinking it in the past few years it’s been available in the north east.

I don’t like the beer on its own. But, it’s my favorite beer to drink in a michelada. I love how fresh the beer is and it’s perfect for a summer night! I like the negra modelo more on its own I find it to taste smoother. This modelo on its own tastes very bitter to me.

How does this beer have a 2.85 rating? What were people expecting, Heady Topper? lol This is an adjunct lager - and a good one, really - simple, clean, mild, and super-drinkable - coulda killed six fer sure - actually a little heartier and more flavorful than I expected - juicy?!? lol - decent body, nice feel - I really dug it - you might see more of this in my immediate future - gotta validate my initial impression, of course...

To start off, I'm not much of a beer drinker. I like my whiskey on the rocks. My wife and I were having a night out the whiskey was over priced so I decided on the modelo. First it didn't taste like a beer. I thought it had a good flavor and was smooth. I could see myself purchasing these for a cook out or even a couple with dinner or after. For me I gave it 5 stars.

I don’t get why beers like this don’t get any love. It’s tasty. It’s not complex. It’s refreshing. Clear bronze, nice carbonation. Crisp, clean, I guess you could say it’s got a typical AAL taste. I like the feel-it’s not thin and watery. I’m glad my neighbor gave me one of these, as I normally wouldn’t buy it, but for a macro, it’s good.

Whoa whoa! These go down so smooth. Ok I’m a female who has to be very careful of the types of beer I can drink due to a brain injury I received from my abusive ex husband, certain ingredients now make me have seizures and I’m fine with Porters, but anyways never have had a problem with these. I love the difference in the beer and how distinct it is. It’s almost has an earthy taste. It’s Modelo Time! This is a favorite for any party. It’s smooth, has no funky after taste, and goes well with a bit of Clamato juice, hot sauce, lime, Tajin, and salt. I buy this for any party I go to or just as a weekend beer. Prefer this over Corona.
