If you follow the recipe on the box, the cheese will boil away and the egg will be cold. Here's what I do: Take every layer apart. 1: set cheese aside 2: microwave other ingredients for 30 seconds on high (1100 W microwave) 3: remove the bread, microwave egg and sausage for 30 sec on high 4: remove the sausage, microwave egg for 30 seconds on high 5: rebuild the sandwich, microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. That's it. The egg will not be frozen and the cheese will not have boiled away.

During the week, life can get hectic with going to work, going to school, and all the scrambling around the house a family does to get ready to start their busy day. Often times, being able to sit down and enjoy a homecooked meal just isn't going to happen. So, when I arrive at work, it is great to know that my wife packed me a Jimmy Dean breakfast that I can just pop in the microwave and have a hot and delicious breakfast. One of my favorites is when she packs a Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg and Cheese croissant sandwich. I know I will enjoy my breakfast, and that's a great way to start the day.

My son who is going through a medical situation loves your breakfast sandwiches he has to be careful at what carbs he eat. But every time we run out I'm always there with a new box!!! But unfortunately the store we've been going to have not been having them and he becomes very sad.I always tell him they making them special for you. (He's 13 years later old❤️)

I used to love this and they were a regular choice. NO MORE! The new cheese is horrible. It doesn't melt, it dissolves. It make a terrible mess, no matter how you try to cook it. If you leave the sandwich together, it dissolves and the top slides all over. Goo everywhere. If you try to separate the frozen halves to isolate the cheese, is it stuck solidly to the egg. If you try a short defrost so they can be split, the disintegrates and still sticks to the egg. And forget about wrapping in a paper towel unless you like paper flavored cheese. PLEASE go back to the old cheese

Keep my inventory of sausage cheese croissants up to 32 sandwiches or more. I toss them into a bin in freezer. Opened a new box, much smaller sandwich, meat was oval shaped. Grabbed one from freezer. Big difference! Cooked new sandwich. Meat tasted terrible and eggs tasted liked powdered eggs, cheese was strange. Higher cost, bad flavor = lost customer!

I was shocked to see the size of the croissants that I have been purchasing weekly for years. I was willing to pay the price increase until I saw that the size of the product has drastically decreased. Are we not supposed to notice this? It's insulting to change a product with no noticeable indication on the box. With the price increase and new size, I will take my money elsewhere. This is very disappointing as my family has enjoyed this breakfast item for years. It amazes me how this company would not expect longtime customers to not notice that the size of the product has been nearly cut in half.

Always reach for Jimmy Dean sausage for breakfast and have purchased MANY boxes of these sausage, egg and cheese croissants....until....I discovered the "mechanically separated chicken" ingredient....What is up with that? The pork sausage is what I expected, not chicken. Will be looking for b-fast sandwiches that don't add chicken fillers, and "mechanically separated" just sounds gross. Please find your way back to your Jimmy Dean roots. If I want chicken, I'll buy chicken.

We have been buying these sandwiches for quite a while and have always loved them. We stayed buying them when the price went up considerably because we liked them so much. However, lately the SIZE of the croissant is surprisingly getting smaller and smaller - leaving approx 1/2 inch of the egg not covered all the way around . Our last 3 boxes were like this. If we continue to see this, we will be buy something else. What happened to quality control?(unless this was a planned reduction which, at these high prices, is even worse) We are elderly on SS and I know everything is going up, but this increase was substantial.

I am really disappointed once again in your breakfast croissants Sausage Egg & cheese. The sausage patty was so small I thought it might have been a mechanical error but I opened the rest in the box and they were all the same. Your prices have gone up and your portions have shrunk. I use to really enjoy your products but not any more. I believe Jimmy would be mad at the quality of his products.

First of all, I truly love and enjoy this breakfast sandwich. My issue, is that the sausage patty has become very small in size. It used to practically cover the surface of the croissant. And now it barely covers half! Solution: Increase size of patty! But do not make it any thinner. The box indicates that it is a SAUSAGE, Egg and Cheese Croissant. Hence one would be lead to believe. That Sausage is the main ingredient. I'm willing to wager, that I am not the only displeased consumer. Thank you for your AMAZING products.
