I've been eating the sausage, egg and cheese croissant for quite a while and I have been very satisfied. Over the past two weeks, the two boxes that I've purchased have been awful. I don't know if you all changed your ingredients for the sausage, but it has NO taste (I equate it to unseasoned hamburger) and has an odd smell to it. I thought that maybe I had a bad batch, but I just opened a new box today and the sausage is terrible. If you all changed something in your sausage, please change it back. It looks like a processed meat patty. NOT HAPPY!!

I purchase these sandwiches all the time but lately have been getting sandwiches I can't use. One Box the sandwich had no bottom while another box a sandwich was missing the cheese. What is going on? Hope this doesn't become a permanent recurring issue...

After enjoying this Jimmy Dean croissant several times with no complaints, only kudos, my husband has had me throw away the paper thin piece of meat that is now called "sausage" in this sandwich. It has no taste and doesn't even look like sausage. I have had to fry a piece of sausage and replace what you call sausage in your sandwich. Unless your quality improves we will no longer purchase any of Jimmy Dean's sandwiches. What happened to the meat?

Always loved these but...School is about to start and I always buy these for my teenagers. Over the weekend I stocked up, noticing that the cost was about $.70 MORE from 4 months ago. This morning at work I decided to have one myself and I must say I. AM. DISAPPOINTED. Showed my fellow workers in 100% shock. I mean the DECREASE in size of it WOW! And to think I just bought 4 eight packs that won't last me as long as they use to. Last I will say...the increase in price and the decrease in size will no longer work for my family. Sad.

I like getting your family pack but some times after I get half way through I feel like something different. I don't buy one of your other breakfast sandwiches because I still have the first box. In a perfect world there would be a JD breakfast sandwich family pack of 12 with 4 croissant, 4 muffin, and 4 biscuits.

Keep my inventory of sausage cheese croissants up to 32 sandwiches or more. I toss them into a bin in freezer. Opened a new box, much smaller sandwich, meat was oval shaped. Grabbed one from freezer. Big difference! Cooked new sandwich. Meat tasted terrible and eggs tasted liked powdered eggs, cheese was strange. Higher cost, bad flavor = lost customer!

I have been buying these for a long time. Kept on buying when the sausage shrunk. Kept buying when the price went up. Bought 2 boxes of 8 a couple days ago and the croissant is barely bigger than a Ritz cracker and just as thin. I will never buy Jimmy Dean again if this was not a production flaw.

If you follow the recipe on the box, the cheese will boil away and the egg will be cold. Here's what I do: Take every layer apart. 1: set cheese aside 2: microwave other ingredients for 30 seconds on high (1100 W microwave) 3: remove the bread, microwave egg and sausage for 30 sec on high 4: remove the sausage, microwave egg for 30 seconds on high 5: rebuild the sandwich, microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. That's it. The egg will not be frozen and the cheese will not have boiled away.

Love these sandwiches, especially for my kid to have something with protein for breakfast rather than sugary cereal orbiting yogurt, but there is one flaw. The tasteless, fake, "government" cheese you put on it. I remove the fake cheese and throw it away while I defrost the sandwich in the microwave. Then I replace it with a small piece of Kraft American cheese right at the end of cooking it in the microwave. Sometimes I wait until the sandwich is cooked and fresh out of the microwave to put the cheese on and the heat from the sandwich melts it just right.

First of all, I truly love and enjoy this breakfast sandwich. My issue, is that the sausage patty has become very small in size. It used to practically cover the surface of the croissant. And now it barely covers half! Solution: Increase size of patty! But do not make it any thinner. The box indicates that it is a SAUSAGE, Egg and Cheese Croissant. Hence one would be lead to believe. That Sausage is the main ingredient. I'm willing to wager, that I am not the only displeased consumer. Thank you for your AMAZING products.
