I'm replacing one i bought 10 years ago only because my son scratched it up with a fork.

Best skillet ever

1. Had a slight warp in the pan before even being used.
2. Had rough surface on bottom of pan in a couple areas, it scratched our stovetop!

Do not recommend

Been using this frying pan for a month and could not be happier - great crepes, pancakes from scratch, meat and fish! Food does not stick, doesn't break the bank and is not heavy. I have bought both 12" and 14" frying pans for myself and my two adult children. Great purchase.
