this pan is solid. if you only use a rubber spatula and clean it with a soft sponge it will last a few years easily.

I am in awe of how thick this pan is. It’s aluminum, but it’s so thick that if I crank it on high it will take 45-60 seconds before the bacon starts to sizzle. Holds heat exceptionally well for aluminum. I’m tossing all my thin cheat Walmart pans and replacing them with these. Already have the 8” & 12” and I’m picking up the 10” & 14” this Saturday maybe 2 10” and a 14” pan since I use that 10” a lot. Nice pans for the price.

I originally bought Zwilling Carrara fry pans, but returned them in less than six weeks because they had already lost their non-stick properties and developed tiny chips in the coating, even though I used nothing but silicone utensils and heat no hotter than a medium setting. The day I returned those, I bought 3 of these in the 12", 10", and 8" sizes. It's been about 8-10 weeks and so far they have been flawless. Highly recommended, especially for the price.
