It is better than all the non sticks we have used. How the non stick will hold up over time is the question. Glad we have it.

this pan is solid. if you only use a rubber spatula and clean it with a soft sponge it will last a few years easily.

I love these pans. They are heavy and cook evenly. They do take a bit longer to heat up. Work fantastic on my glass cook top.
