[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer for my mother at the beginning of this month and had had it for about three weeks now. We love it. It is quiet and dries the clothes completely. I was a little skeptical at first given some of the reviews, but we have found none of the problems have been our experience. This dryers moisture sensor technology has performed flawlessly. The first time we used it, we were surprised at how quickly the drying cycle completed. We were sure the clothes would be damp and we would have to run the cycle again. Not true. They were completely dry. The large capacity drum has been very helpful. Some of the reviews state objection to the cycle completion tune being too offensive. We had no problem with the tune nor felt it was too loud. We are pleased with the drying setting choices and find them to be adequate for our needs. Over all we are very pleased with our LG DLE6100W Dryer and complement LG on the design. We highly recommend this dryer based on performance, features and price.

I bought this to replace an older dryer. It gets the job done, however, the sensor dry setting leaves the clothes slightly wet (I'm guessing that this is part of the energy saving). Once you get to know the settings you can play around and dry the clothes to your liking.

The temperature sensor keeps tripping and then the dryer is not hot and won't dry the clothes. The experience so far with this dryer has been quite frustrating and awful.

Bought this dryer brand new. No one hooked it up after I paid for it to be so I had to find someone myself. Got it finally hooked up and it does come on but will not run. I’ve had the dryer almost a month and it hasn’t worked yet. I’ve delt with LG and still haven’t gotten anyone to come check it or bring me a new one. I can’t get my money back so it seems like I’m stuck. Please don’t waste your money on this hunk of junk. That’s all it is

The LG brand has a good reputation for all of their products so when we saw this machine we made a quick decision and grabbed it. We are very pleased with this machine and recommend you give it serious consideration when you need your first or a replacement for a dryer.

Easy controls make it simple for any user to dry the clothes at the right temperature and time. The filter system is quick and easy to clean right inside the door opening. The size of the drum is huge fitting bigger loads or a large queen/king size comforter. This was an excellent upgrade from my 16 year old dryer. This was the best budget level dryer out there. I like doing my laundry now! You will need to buy your own 3/4 prong 240v cord, so factor that into the price too.

Instructions were easy to follow. We bought it and rushed it out the door to get it home and use my new choir toy. 😆 Has made energy saving a thing for me. Love that it turns itself off when it knows my clothes are dry. No unnecessary time finishing instead finishing when they are dry no matter what I set it for. Thanks and the buzzer is a melody not a buzzer. 🥰

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW !!!! I can’t believe this dryer. It has a much larger capacity than the old one. It does an excellent job with bedspreads that I normally have to take to a laundromat to get a bigger dryer. This is great and it’s very quiet. Great investment.

I bought this dryer approximately a month and a half ago. At first, we loved it, but then it stopped getting hot and only blowing cold air. It took a week and a half to two weeks to get a technician out to fix it. Now it rattles all the time because he had to take it apart to repair it. At this point I would not recommend this product! My last dryer lasted 20 years without a problem.

The drying sensor works every time. It has a large capacity, which I love. I have five pups, so I do a lot of laundry. I have a LG Washer, Microwave, and Vacuum. I love all LG products.
