Great if you read the manual!

Normal = medium heat, heavy duty = high heat on the auto-sensor. So if you’re mixing jeans with shirts, use timed dry or heavy duty to insure they’re dry first try. I don’t need all the bells and whistles, I just want the clothes dry in a timely manner and this does the job for a reasonable price.

I bought this to match the new washer purchased and I am extremely happy with the purchase. It takes my clothes no time at all to dry, it’s not loud and is actually pretty big on the inside and fits a decent amount of clothes. I’ve only had it a few weeks but I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great dryer at a great price.

It is quiet and dries the clothes completely. I was a little skeptical at first given some of the reviews, but we have found none of the problems have been our experience. This dryers moisture sensor technology has performed flawlessly. The first time we used it, we were surprised at how quickly the drying cycle completed. We were sure the clothes would be damp and we would have to run the cycle again. Not true. They were completely dry. The large capacity drum has been very helpful. Some of the reviews state objection to the cycle completion tune being too offensive. We had no problem with the tune nor felt it was too loud. We are pleased with the drying setting choices and find them to be adequate for our needs. Over all we are very pleased with our LG DLE6100W Dryer and complement LG on the design. We highly recommend this dryer based on performance, features and price.

Works great, until it doesn’t

This dryer was efficient and did a good job….until less than 4 months into ownership it will no longer run on high or medium heat. We are awaiting the warranty repairman to come out and see what needs to be fixed, but for the last few weeks have only been able to dry on low heat which takes multiple cycles to dry a load of laundry. Hopefully this is just the exception

Worst purchase ever made

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase that I have made in my 60 years. The dryer did not function properly yawls repair people could not fix it and y'all decided to refund my money. I have been in contact with your presidential liaison team for the past three months, trying to get a refund check and everybody keeps passing the book and I have still not received my refund.

Worst experience ever!!

Worst experience ever!! I bought it August 24th and still haven’t been able to use it!! First the door latch faulty. Waited two weeks for that to be fixed only to find out it doesn’t heat up?!! I waited two weeks for someone to come out and tell me it needs a part to fix the heat , that is still on order? No repair scheduled yet. No dryer!!
