After using it for the first time I realized the dryer didn’t have a light that would activate once the dryer door was opened. Hard to believe that in 2023 a light isn’t a standard feature.

Bought the washer and dryer abouit 2 months ago and after LG replaced the dryer with a new one it runs great. The problem with the first dryer was the electrical plug would not stay in the wall socket.

I bought this machine 10 weeks ago. Manufacturing defect. LG FINALLY agreed to reimburse us, after many weeks of getting the run around. I will not buy LG again.

we purchased our dryer about a month ago and does this dry the clothes faster than my old dryer! has great features and we love the catchy tune at the end of cycle. definitely recommend this if you’re looking for something quiet

Had this dryer delivered today the were supposed to install it with new vent and gas line they attached it to old vent which was broken and full of holes have been calling installation people for over 8 hours they keep putting me on hold for 20 30 or 40 minutes at a time and will not let me speak to a supervisor horrible customer service dryer is not safe to use will never purchase an appliance from sams club unless they do something about their horrible installation contractors
