We got two, first one we ordered online and it was completely thawed and the size of a chicken. Went inside the next day and bought a large frozen one!

Advertised as fresh turkey but was partially frozen and thawed. Couldn’t find the temperature button (was hidden under wing) and legs stuck out so didn’t fit in normal turkey pan

I bought this turkey thinking it would be fresh not frozen. I’ve never seen a turkey advertised as “RAW”. It was like a skinny chicken. 16lbs and very dry and tough. I guess I should go back to Butterball.

Cooked according to directions. Basted every 30 minutes. Looked beautiful......but the toughest turkey I've ever eaten. What you would expect from an old turkey but not a young one.

I appreciate the lower sodium content in these turkeys. It can be difficult to find turkeys that don't have sky high sodium levels so I will continue to purchase my turkeys (I bought maybe 6 or 7 this year) from Sam's.

We needed a smaller sized bird for Thanksgiving this year and bought this one. Turned out to be just as good as the major brands. Perfect for the Hoilday.

Dry, leather-like texture, even before roasting. After roasting it was chewy. I was glad I wasn't feeding a large crowd this year, I would have been embarrassed. Very disappointing.

We bought a 9 lb. Members Mark turkey and were very disappointed. My husband always makes a delicious turkey on the smoker. Even though the turkey was not dry, the meat was tough, even a bit difficult to cut.

Purchased this turkey, cooked it like a normal 12lb turkey and the flavor was awful. Not really sure what happened, cooked hundreds of turkeys. Definitely won’t buy this from Dams again.

I cook a Thanksgiving turkey every year for my family, and am usually not picky about the brand, as I can always get them to turn out juicy and wonderful...............all except THIS turkey! I did everything I normally do, but for some reason this turkey while having "moisture" was the driest, most rubbery turkey I have EVER had! It was like a joke! It completely ruined the meal! Thank goodness my family was able to laugh about it (at my expense lol) I will NEVER purchase this brand of turkey again!
