[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When they installed my washer and dryer I can only say I was impressed. Although we did not stack the units they are stack-able. They look sleek and modern. The washer and dryer are so much quieter than my previous ones. We have two kids, so load capacity is a must and these both meet if not exceed the bill. One of the things I love the most is they use a lot less water. With four people our monthly bills are always a concern and these will definitely help with that. Finally, all the options it has I am still working through them, and did I mention they are Wifi! There are some suggestions I have when you buy these units : (1) if you do not stack them, buy get pedestals it will save your back and (2) if you do not use pods like I do, you will have to measure you detergent as there are no lines in the compartment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before trying my first load i played around with the menu and decided to add this washer to my smart things app. i connected seamlessly with no issues. the menu was clear and easy to understand and provides numerous options for different materials, soil levels etc. one feature was tested right away; during my first wash the unit was so quiet i used the option to turn on the light just to make sure it was actual washing, it was! my clothes came out clean as expected and i would definitely recommend this based off its performance and the added bonus of looking stylish as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this about a year ago, I had to replace it because the first one had something wrong with it. Besides that we had the warranty replace it! It does such a good job on all my laundry. It’s one of my favorite washers I have ever owned.

Leaks from soap dispenser, down the front, no info in manual about troubleshooting this issue. I have puddles in my laundry room, and the drips all originate at the soap dispenser. Samsung has made it impossible to get support online - it's all AI and robots now that put a user into endless circles of repetitive and unhelpful screens. Huge regret buying these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: (1) clothes are usually quite dry after the spin cycle. (2) washer usually stay secured and quiet during a spin cycle. Cons: (1) Some water drips out of the door when I open the it after a wash. (2) the pre-programmed cycles do not allow for manual tuning (3) the touch controls are not back-lighted - difficult to see. (4) the touch controls are too sensitive - easily triggered by accident. (5) clothes are 'warm' after a 'cold' wash - I'll call for service when I get a chance.

It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

Talk about elegant and sleek. These units are top notch. The silver steel stands out and they are a breeze to clean. They are much quieter than my previous set. The washer uses less water and take less time to complete a cycle. The AI makes the washer effective through sensing the load in the washing machine and being able to distinguish the needs for that load, leaving the laundry feeling and smelling clean. The detergent fill port is easily accessible and conveniently located at the top. Love that there is no vibration or loud rattle noises coming from this machine during a cycle. The dryer doesn’t rumble like a bag of rocks are in there during any cycle, you can hardly hear the dryer is on. The dryer rack is also a huge plus since you can place shoes on there and run a cycle without destroying the drum or the shoes. The lint collector is the most effective I’ve seen ensuring most of the lint gets caught in the screen and not having to worry about a fire hazard. The units both have beautiful displays that are bright and easy to read. I enjoy using the Smart Things App, this allows me to select cycles and times on my machines from the comfort of my couch. I ended up purchasing pedestals to raise the level of the door only because I have back issues. Love these machines and I highly recommend these if you’re looking for a new set!
