Simple and easy to operate. It comes with AI technology that adds convenience in operating this appliance. It automatically senses the weight of the load so the appropriate level of water and length of time to wash the clothes. Very smart! Love them both!

Only issue i have so far, is that the machine is a little larger than the previous machine it is replacing, the plug blocks the machine from going all the way into the closet. A flat plug would have made this a non-issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my washer and dryer. This set up with so amazingly easy with the Wi-Fi in the smart things. And I love that is all connected to my TV and things in my home that are smart. Definitely a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the appliances in our new home were new Samsung. The controls on all of their appliances are difficult to read and operate. The sing-song alarms are horrific and must all be turned off but then you have no alerts at all. The washer controls have some controls that are lighted and some that are not like the start/pause control. Can't use in the dark but can't see in bright light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only on my 4th load but they seem to be clean.I'm just concerned that there's very little water in the wash cycle.I'm used to seeing my clothes soaking in water and agitating. Just getting used to this. We'll see how this continues with different wash cycles.

I wasn't sure I'd love the single dial versus the traditional washer configuruation of multiple dials and buttons but owning this has changed my mind and I do love this panel layout. There are all manner of different load and fabric configurations that can be chosen from the options menu and it can be further refined to your tastes through the side buttons or the SmartThings app. The added communication with the companion dryer, sending it's load information and automatically configuring for the last dryer cycle, makes this routine task so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off our new Samsung Bespoke Dryer looks like a spaceship! It is very substantial and solidly built. There are a number if features on our new machine that we didn't have on our old machine. Steam dry, app control, wrinkle refresh, etc. With each load the machine AI function learns more about how to fine tune our settings. We have yet to notice every savings but it it great that Samsung thought about efficiency and energy consumption. Running fewer, larger loads will save is money in the long run. I wish there was a middle ground between no end of cycle notification sound and a long symphony of beeps and toned. That said getting a notification on my phone solves this issue.

I even received a small rebate from my utility (water) provider for purchasing this model. It can be easily connected to the Wi-Fi and the "SmartThings" app makes it really convenient to monitor and set up the desired cycles. You can even monitor the energy usage from the app and turn on the "AI Energy Mode".
