I bought this a lot of the boards were not labeled wouldn't recommend or but again

To hard to put together.Terriable direction

We just finished assembling this set, and the directions were actually pretty good. So look, this thing is huge and it's obviously going to take some time to put together. When it gets delivered to your house, expect 7 boxes of boards and 2 slides. The first thing you'll want to do is scan the instructions and sort the boards to make sure you have everything. Don't skip this part. You'll thank me later. Other reviewers complained about broken boards but everything in our set arrived in perfect condition. There is a number stamped on each board, and some of them were illegible; but it turned out fine because the dimensions of each board are given at each step (so you can just look for what you need based on size). By far the most difficult/frustrating step was assembling the yellow slide. It's completely doable and sturdy as a rock when put together correctly. I can only assume the reviewers who complained about it being wobbly or unstable assembled incorrectly because ours is solid. When finished you should have quite a bit of extra hardware bits and pieces (we kept these for replacements) and 2 extra boards to account for any you may have broken. It took two people about 10 hours to fully assemble.

Came broken

I was blown away with the customer service from KidKraft! I had an incident when placing the mulch around the structure and ended up breaking about six boards. Called KidKraft to get replacements and explained my situation, and they covered the cost of the new boards and overnight shipping no questions asked. I was appalled and very appreciative, and my daughter is going to be so happy to see this on her third birthday party. Man what can I say, this piece of equipment is great! Took a whole day with three of us two complete the installation. Wished the board identification numbers were easier to read, but the quality of the product is great. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. One recommendation is to make sure your ground is level where you are placing this or you will fight with it quite a bit. I tied to cut corners on the grading of the ground, and it cost me some time.

This swing set is very cute, my daughter-3- loves it. Her favorite part is the top lookout tower. My husband and I- who have minimal construction experience, only put together some furniture in our lives- put it together- we worked 3 days for about 8 hours each day. We followed the directions to a T, and anytime we thought something was off and veered from the directions, we ended up needing to go back and do it per directions. The numbers on the boards sucked. Some of the boards were messed up. And the tube slide- oh my gosh sooooo difficult. However, it's doable, my daughter loves it, and it seems structurally sound.

After pricing several outdoor play sets, we finally selected this one because it had a lot of features but was still in budget. It took my husband nearly two weeks of working in the afternoons to put it together, and he is experienced with construction. It came together easily though and our two year old daughter loves it. Would highly recommend as long as you have the time and skill to put it together.

Swings support of a 2x6 should be a 4x4 minium last swing set I purchased used a 4x6. Part labels partial or missing shows in almost any review listed .,.. Quality is terrible...So happy I didn't buy!!!!!
