Great play set, challenging assembly. Boards were numbered and half of the numbers were smudged or misprinted so it was hard to read. Took him a long time to sort out then assemble piece by piece. Also some boards had cracks starting. Kids love the play set and are very happy with it.

First, it came very quickly! Second, I had to reorder parts that came with holes wrong or wrong angles were cut. Third, I had to reorder parts that I already reordered because even those came wrong! Customer service was friendly but didn't rush the parts (3-5 business days) and wasn't very easy to get a hold of. Some pieces didn't fit together as well as I would have liked and now 1 month old, the stain is already pealing!!! I love the features, which creates a lot of pieces.

Bought for fearless 2 year old grandson. He will get many years of enjoyment. Only difficult part was tube slide. I would recommend assembling prior to installation. On a few parts the numbers were unreadable but easy enough to figure out. Couple suggestions for those assembling would be to definitely follow directions step by step. Get organized and sort parts and hardware. Only complaint was parts list could have been better organized, either numerical order or step order. Overall very satisfied. Definitely recommend.

There are numerous pieces of wood to this playset. Each piece is supposed to have a 4 digit # to make the building process easy after inventory. The problem is only the first 2 digits can be read so you have to measure each piece of wood to inventory it. It took hours to do that. Plus, 2 days in on the 58 steps and it's still not complete. On the plus side, it's good quality so far and should be awesome once it's complete. At this point on the completed parts I would give it 4 stars on the set itself not counting all the inventory/building frusterations.

The kids love it! Its been cold and still they cant seem to get enough of it. Assembly was a pain but not sure if we would pay to have someone else assemble vs 22hrs we spent putting it together. Lots of pieces and hard to read part numbers. However the twisty slide almost got the better of us, definently the hardest part of assembly. Overall happy with the product.

I have a 3 and 7 year old. Thus far I am very pleased with the quality of this playground. Assembly takes about 8 hours with 2 people. Read all directions and sort parts prior to starting.

Bought this for our grandkids. I was terrified when I saw how many pieces there were. Instructions were pretty straight forward. Just wished the part numbers would have been clearer on the wood but we figured it out. Seems well made and hopefully a lot of fun for years to come!

We made the decision to buy the Skyline wooden playset, because we were impressed with the two slides option and the upper deck skyline feature. However, when we received the item, we felt that there were some things that we were disappointed with. #1 the wood was not as strong. We felt that the preassembled walls part of it, was too thin. #2 We realized that there was only two ways to get onto the deck and slide. One way was through the rockwall, and the other way was through the monkey bars. We have 2 year old twins and neither of them could do either. So a ladder with steps was crucial. #3. The swing beam wood pieces were 2X6. For something we spent 1500.00 for, we expected a bigger beam like at least a 4X4? #4. The bench area where the kids sit has no table. We thought it had a table where they could sit and eat lunch. #5 There really isn't an option of putting a sand box in the lower portion. We were going to put a piece of wood to divide it, however, the kids would have to go through the sand to get to the windows (where the sitting area was). #6. the swings are not full length chains, they are chains for about a foot on top and then the rest is a white rope. :( #7. some of the pieces were broken while in shipment, but that could have been replaced. But then that would take more time to wait and build it. When it was is all said and done, we were disappointed with the purchase and we returned it. Sam's Club was very helpful in getting our product back and refunded.

Numbers on ends of boards were very difficult to read or not stamped on at least 50% of boards making installation extremely difficult. Green slide and handles of glider is very hot and will burn children if used while the sun is shining. Color needs to be yellow. Yellow doesn't get hot. Damage on large piece of play structure from nail sticking out on pallet. We tried to fix the broken parts because kids didn't want to wait, we had people's to help us at the time it arrived and too much trouble to return. I would not order again if I knew then what I know now.

hi we bought this and opened it, haven't put it together yet. Alredy noticed a few pieces were damaged. thats okay, we plan to order the replacement parts. One big thing im upset about is the numbers on thr wooden pieces are half there or gone completely!!!! I have no idea how we are going to put this together. we looked/guessed where one piece was for two hours before my husband quit working on it. we havent finished the first step because he was so upset. is there an easier way to figure out what pieces are what?
