The cheese sauce is bland and is ALWAYS clumpy. It's very strange, no matter how many boxes I make with different techniques, the cheese powder always clumps.

We have purchased this product multiple times from Walmart. This 12-pack was our first purchase from Sam's Club, and I was excited about the price, but the product was a disappointment. The cheese inside the packets is in one solid chunk. The cheese is yellow and rancid-smelling, not white and powdery like a regular packet. The prepared cheese tasted sour, so I didn't let my children eat it, fearing it might harm them. The expiration date is a year from now (November 2026). Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for return, so it was a waste of money.

I never do reviews, but buyer beware! There is something really defective with the box I got, the cheese packets are inconsistent, with most of them off-smelling and 'yellowish'. I usually make 2 boxes at a time, and the two cheese packets are totally different. I wish I could get my money back, because we're just tossing the cheese packets and I'll be very hesitant to order this item again. 12 boxes of expensive plain noodles. I did check if there were annie's recall but I didn't see any- there should be.

This is the best mac and cheese. My kids won't eat any other kind.

Every single cheese packet is hard as a rock and rancid. I can't even return it since it was an online order. It went straight to the trash.

The ingredients shared online do not match up to what is on the box. This is an important factor for people with food allergies. I am personally allergic to Corn and the box I received clearly states that it includes Cornstarch.

The box of 12 was all terrible. At first, I was just annoyed that every cheese packet was just one big clump. But I could still work with it. Then I started opening some and they were completely different colors. Will be contacting Sams and Annies.
