The mattress that we tested in the store was soft and comfortable. The mattress we received is like laying on a piece of plywood, and it's been 2 months. Tempurpedic is completely unwilling to do anything about this either telling me I have to use the free 90 trial which you only get one exchange to get a new mattress.

We had a mattress for a year but it was very uncomfortable. We upgraded to the Tempurpedic ProAdapt and have been much happier. As I write this we have been using this mattress for nearly a year. It's just envelopes you in the perfect way . . .now if we could just find pillows that we love as much as our mattress.

I credit this to the lack of transfer of motion and the temperature control of this mattress. I never feel my husband getting in our out of the bed and neither of us sleep hot anymore. It also adds just a little firmness over the the regu;ar medium. This is a replacement mattress for a cloud supreme that had failed. The company stands by its products! I love this mattress. I've had a Tempurpedic mattress for almost 20 years. When we bought a split king bed, I chose a soft mattress for my side after years of the medium firmness my husband likes. I prefer to sleep on my side and I'm finally waking up without a sore shoulder. I highly recommend this mattress for any side sleeper.

I have a herniated disc in my back and my old mattress of 22 years left me feeling like it was hit by a Mack truck when I woke up in the mornings, if I slept at all. I bought and adjustable bed base also and it was the best decision I made in years. From day one my back stopped hurting when I slept and I could feel the pressure being relieved from my spine. I first chose the medium model of this mattress. After sleeping on it for a few months I discovered it was what was causing me to have a terrible ache back. The retail store would not switch it out as too much time had past. Tempur Pedic worked with me and replaced this model for the firm one. I am so grateful I now have the best mattress for my body. Obviously Tempur Pedic cares about customer satisfaction!

This is our second Tempurpedic matress and we totally love it. It supports yet cradles your body at the same time. It stays cool and there was none of that new smell even the first night. Super firm for the first week, then naturally learns your body and it's comfort at its best. You get what you pay for. Yes, it's more expensive than other mattresses, but it is the top of the line.
