I thawed, patted with paper towel, seasoned lightly with old bay, wrapped in bacon and seared on griddle. Delicious.

I prefer the ones that Sam's usually sold. They were huge and WHITE, not pink. The flavor is different in these Japanese ones, and I don't care for the taste. Bring back the white ones, as I would not purchase again. Nor would not recommend.

I bought these to try out the seafood at Sam's. I live in New Hampshire and am not a stranger to fresh seafood!! These scallops tasted great, cooked only in a little butter is all they needed. Very happy with the product and will buy them again to have around when I get the hankering. I also purchased the Argentine wild caught cooked shrimp and they were Awesome also.
