The microwave is sleek however the door handle is on the side of the microwave. So if your microwave is be installed in a corner of kitchen where there is barely space between microwave and the cabinet/wall, its very difficult to open the microwave door. I would say this is not carefully thought. So be careful when purchasing this product. In my case, I have to slide two fingers on the side to open the door, hence the review :-(

It is well ventilated and heats/cooks the food evenly throughout. I highly recommend this product and I'm sure you won't regret the purchase. I love the fact that it does not have a handle on the front of the door which makes it easy to clean and it looks very classy. I love mine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Samsung microwave. The installation is a breeze because of the well thought out mounting hardware and instructions. The interior is spacious, well lit and easy to clean (even though there is an unattractive pressed board cover for some reason) and the turntable glass is easy to remove. Controls are mostly intuitive. I still need trial and error when figuring out the timer and the OK vs Start button. And I'm not sure the utility of an internet connected microwave. It should at least keep the clock updated- a logical feature that should be incorporated! I do appreciate the dual lights and the exhaust fan multiple speeds. I remain hopeful the touch panel controls will last more than a couple years.

One lasted approximately 9 years then suddenly the microwave element would not shut off with the door closed. We were able to mount the new microwave model on the previous mounting bracket with very little adjusting which is why we chose the same brand. Wanted to simply installation and it worked out perfectly. There are some things I believe are improved others I preferred in the previous style. Improved: The light over the stove is much brighter. That was always an issue with the previous model. Preferred features of previous model: The touch buttons are on the front of the door rather than on a side control panel. It is impossible to see if the room is not lit enough. Also, constantly have to keep wiping the front of the door to keep prints off where on the side panel prints were just not as prominent. It heats and cooks as expected but heat menu settings and timing can be complicated. Interior cleans very nicely which is good for a confessed neat freak. Wish the fan was quieter

Cooking area is large, comes with an app to control the vent and light, notifications when food is done. Interface has many cooking levels with a great auto reheat for food, fan has four stages and an LED light. Overall very satisfied with this purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is a nice size. I love the WIFI connectivity, never have to manually change the clock. Connects to smart things and will even tell me on the tv when food is done. Ventilation is nice and powerful. Also it is really easy to clean.

However, there is no backlight to the button panel, so it's hard to find the correct button unless the main kitchen light is on. The light above the stove is super bright, but only focused downwards.
