The Left Trigger is slow and makes a noise when pressed. I have two other controllers and they both don’t have this problem. The box was slightly damaged. I saw the delivery person take it out of their trunk so maybe it got tossed around or crushed on the way to my home. Planning on exchanging it, I’ll leave a better review afterward.

when i got the controller i went to open the box and the sticker on the box was different then the ones ive gotten before. This one was a long clear sticker and easy to take off and only 1 sticker on it. the ones I've gotten at Walmart have like 5 round stickers and this one i got online only has 1 poorly put on sticker .

This is a good controller don’t get me wrong I love it’s a nice camo. Whatever seller Walmart is using just isn’t that good my shipping said 3 day it turned to a week and that’s not an issue but the package from fed ex was torn and the actual box for the controller was ripped slightly and dented and upon opening it up the controller had some dust on it. Now the battery’s were wrapped up but I don’t know if I got a return product or an open box resealed or someone dropped it before shipping but just isn’t professional when buying from a big store . That being said the controller has no issues all the packaging is there and I overall love it.

I got it tl replave the series x controller. its a lot more reliable because require parts that can fall off because on the x controller, joysticks are magnetized and i lose them constantly. The edges are also sharp so it cuts the rubber pieces. This basic controller is referred to as "Old Faithful". 99% of the time, it works 100% of the time 😂 only downfall is it doesnt come with a rechargeable battery but screw those. look up panisonic Eneloop pro batteries. expensive but i use them on demanding powered equipment and theyve already lasted 4 years, still going at about 60% batt life.

Store personnel steered me right! I had the white one in my hand. A store employee pointed this one out as a great value proposition-since he is a 20-something and I am so not, I was glad to get the advice that this color was well worth the extra five bucks. Recipient was very thrilled. Also very impressed with me for being cool enough to spring for this version.

this was a christmas gift and within 3 weeks buttons have started failing as well as needing to be plugged in 100% of the time to connect and function even with a fresh set of batteries. don't waste your money. the store refused to return it because it was purchased online so now we are stuck with it.

i bought a brand new one off amazon in red for my son.. it was clearly used and did not work, kept glitching on the screen. very odd. i was skeptical buying online again. but i took a chance and bought this. it was perfect and verly clearly brand new, it works great!

Toggles are smooth, no rough areas when moving them around, triggers and letter pad do not have a satisfying click but the directional pad does. Overall, great value for the price. I've owned for around 6 months with no issues. Would buy again if need be. Recommended.

Bought two of these controllers for my son. One week in and one of them has stick drift. When I had an Xbox 360 those controllers worked without a glitch. I don’t know what Microsoft has done different but they need to go back and look at their other controllers. We have a basket full of junk controllers. This one will go back to Walmart.

Since I bought this controller I have had a great experience playing with it on xbox series x and pc. I love the color and how it feels on my hands. The only thing missing is grips on the lower back part of the controller, other than that, it's great !
