Saw this on sale and picked it up for my pc works very well wireless or plugged in also got to give xbox some kudos for the very cool color way

Bought as a Christmas gift for my brother and he opened it up today to use the controller and the headphone jack is broken and so he is unable to talk to his friends on the Xbox. We have had so many issues with the headphone jack not working or breaking a few days or weeks after we purchase theses controllers and it’s ridiculous how many times we have to replace controllers.
