Awesome bed but when delivered left it at very high height; customer service said 'nothing we can do' and tried to do it ourselves but to no avail. Definitely buy the bed but be certain delivery does not leave until you try out all aspects and they will not come out afterwards.

There are less expensive mattresses out there but if you want the ultimate in comfort and quality, Tempur-Pedic is absolutely the 'Gold Standard'. We simply couldn't be happier with our TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft mattress and as someone with a very bad back, I can attest to its support qualities.

Slept on our new mattress (ProAdapt 2.0 Hybrid Med.) for a couple of weeks now and am very happy. I'm not waking up with a backache or neck pain. My boyfriend's shoulder isn't hurting when he wakes up. The best part is I'm not falling into a hole anymore. My boyfriend weighs much more than I do and I always had to climb out of the whole in the mattress and cling to the side of the bed. No more, mattress is flat even when he lays down. That alone was worth buying this mattress!

We owned a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress for many years. We were waking up many times thru the night, as our body was hurting. With our new Pro Adapt soft, we are sleeping thru the night and waking up feeling rested. The mattress is firm enough to be supportive, but soft enough to keep our shoulders and hips cradled. I know there are a lot of copy cat memory foam mattresses, but I am a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer. These mattresses hold up the way cheaper mattresses cannot. The only problem is that I can't wait to get back into bed after my day!

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! Ever since we receive the New Mattress we inmediately noticed that we were able to rest better, even our Heart Rate became Slower at night because of the relaxing feeling it provides during our sleep. Your movements are isolated, therefore my Wife rest better and she does not become awake when I leave the Bed.

I toss and turn a lot on this mattress and if I sleep over 6 hours, I wake up with pain in my middle to lower back. I am 6'2" and weight between 195-200-ish. I have been to both my family practitioner and a chiropractor to confirm that I do not have any back issues, injuries or circumstances that would cause me back pain. I travel for work and will sleep on a hotel mattress at least a couple times a month and usually sleep like a baby with out tossing and turning and with out back pain. My wife also did not like her bed and ask that I put her Next Alexander Hybrid back on her side. I will probably go with a Sealy Posturepedic . I bought them for my 11 and 16 year old and they love them.

Wife and I originally tried the luxeAdapt bed which turned out to be really firm (despite being the softest model). When speaking to customer service, they made it very easy to switch within our 90 day window. I expected to jump through hoops to make that happen, but everyone I spoke to was very positive and made this exchange painless. The ProAdapt Soft is a much better bed for us due to being smaller. Very happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided enough was enough and decided to look for a really nice bed to upgrade my ancient foam mattress. After countless hours of reading and watching videos and listening to experts, I decided to bite the bullet and try out a Tempurpedic bed. I'm an every position sleeper, I find myself sleeping flat on my back, on either side, or on my stomach at any given time in the night. Because of this the medium firmness hybrid seemed like the best fit for me. The order and shipping process was painless, and I was set to get my new mattress faster than I had imagined. From the first night I had it, the mattress has really been perfect in every way. It was immediately the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on, hands down. Any position I lay in, I'm immediately comfortable. You don't sink too far into the foam so you feel trapped, but you also sink just enough to feel the real support the foam can provide. The springs underneath really help when it comes to moving or adjusting (or certain adult activities), way better than a strictly foam mattress. I'm a very hot sleeper, and I was worried the mattress and or cover would be too much and make me a sweaty mess. Surprisingly, its a very very cool mattress that doesn't have the issue of becoming a smoldering hot mess after an hour of laying in it, like other foam mattresses do. I've now owned the mattress for about a year (maybe more? maybe less? covid has warped my perception of time) and it has really only improved with time. It softened up a bit, but not much. Just enough to provide some seriously prime levels of comfort.

I purchased the Medium Hybrid for a second home. It is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I am comfortable in any position I sleep in. I actually look forward to going to bed. No more hip pain from sleeping on my side. I am now going to purchase a TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid for my home because when I left, I missed it so much!!
