I have not had a nights rest in years without back pain. Went to Mattress Firm and spent 3 hours laying on mattresses to finally be convinced to try a tempurpedic. I am SO glad that I did. It has been phenomenal. I LOVE the zero gravity too. Have slept like a baby with NO back pain! Would 100% recommend!

This mattress was a great purchase! Both my wife and I suffer from back pain and this firm mattress that adjusts has improved our sleep tremendously! We love that we can adjust the height of both the head and feet....this allows pressure to be taken directly off of the lower back. The firmness of the mattress did take a night or 2 to adjust to, but we are so happy with our decision.

This is our second Tempurpedic matress and we totally love it. It supports yet cradles your body at the same time. It stays cool and there was none of that new smell even the first night. Super firm for the first week, then naturally learns your body and it's comfort at its best. You get what you pay for. Yes, it's more expensive than other mattresses, but it is the top of the line.

Three weeks is usually to soon to know how well the mattress and I will get on as the months pass. However it has performed as advertised thus far. I do wish to say the same next year. As you will read, I am particular. For the record: I live in south Florida; so we are always under air conditioning. sleeping conditions: A/C set to 73 degrees. Big ceiling fan over the bed on high speed. just a top sheet and bottom sheet; no blankets. Wife sleeps apart in the warm bedroom. i have cool water running thru a pillow pad all night long keeping my head comfy. I sleep better when I am cool. The mattress has not been hot (that is insulating me more than i prefer), which was a concern. Lastly, I am a side sleeper by necessity. Apnea will occur if I try to sleep on my back. And two firm pillows under my head (because of side sleeping). I sleep with a third firm pillow under my side. keeps pressure of my shoulder.

I have Back problems, osteoporosis arthritis in my hips and occasional bursitis in my shoulders. I am a side sleeper and needed a mattress that would work for my back problems, my hip problem and shoulder problem. A couple friends recommended a Tempurpedic mattress To me. I did a lot of research before buying trying to find a mattress that would work well for All my health issues. I certainly found it. This bed is made beautifully - I love everything about it... EXCEPT it is way too firm for what I thought a medium bed should be. My husband likes a firm mattress, I like them softer, so we thought a medium hybrid would be perfect. He is a big man (over 6'4 about 300 lbs.) and I'm half that. What I love is that I don't feel him move throughout the night, or getting up. I don't roll into the center and into him due to the difference in our weight. What I don't like is that I feel like I'm sleeping on the floor. I have tried this bed for 8 weeks now, and it hasn't gotten better. I wake with a back ache (between my shoulder blades) and I'm so disappointed my body won't adjust. I will be returning it for a softer feeling mattress and hopefully, my husband will adjust because he just loves it the way it is....

Lumber support is needed to accommodate malformed vertebrae. For the past 17 years, an earlier Tempur-Pedic has done that. Now, this "new kid on the block" has the wherewithal to do the same. So far, it has considerable promise, especially with the adjustable frame. I am pleased.

My wife and I had been sleeping on our old mattress for a few years and no matter how many pads we added to the top we still woke up restless and with back pain. Since the first night with the Tempur Pedic mattress it has been a night and day difference from the way we feel when we wake up refreshed and pain free.
