These egg bites are tasty but a little too salty. I like the low carbs. I probably won't buy them again if they remain so high in sodium.

Need to remove the cardboard that contains the Eggs. This leaves the eggs on plastic for the cook cycle.

These are great out of the microwave. But, if you want to kick these up several notches, warm them up in an air fryer. They become seriously good.

Absolutely love these for a quick low carb breakfast. I get them when ever they have them in stock. Plus they freeze well.

Just cook for 60 seconds. Let cool. And then enjoy 2 mini egg white “quiches”. Delicious and very healthy!

These are perfect to take to work for a quick lunch just plop them in the microwave for 1-2 min and you can enjoy the cheesy, eggy goodness. Also a great deal for the price, I have bought them several times and will for sure buy again!
