They tasted OK but wish I had known there were bell peppers and spinach in them. It's really odd to me that fact is NOT on the front label. I would have preferred just gruyere and ham.

These taste great! I bought them with the $3 off savings. Quick and easy. Pop them out of the wrapper, microwave for 1 minute, let set for a minute and enjoy. Great source of protein. I will buy them again.

These have spinach and red peppers in them. this is not noted on the front, nor can you see it until you turn them over. bad for allergies. or for people who dislike spinach and/or peppers.

I thought I would try these out for something easy but different for breakfast on the go. They are delicious! The perfect amount of cheese and bacon with a little spinach and red peppers. If you like the egg bites at Starbucks you will love these. Highly recommend.

Product was very greasy, and slimy. One package was moldy. Not a good product for the price.
