There is no question that these egg bites taste good, I enjoyed them and they were easy to "prepare" -- just warm them up, easy peasy. However, they are insanely expensive for what you get, almost $12 for packs of 2 small round egg bites, if you smash them down, then you could make an egg sandwich on a piece of toast, I did that and it worked. I won't be buying them again as I am not independently wealthy. But if you have money to burn these are definitely tasty. I suppose if you compare them to eating breakfast out every morning, it's a better deal, but if you are comparing to making something from scratch when you are in a rush, maybe just make an egg dish ahead of time....
