[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised in the unique design of my new refrigerator, it comes high recommended to those who love the technology. My teenagers fell in love with ice bites. The Bespoke has a sensor handle that allows the doors open with a simple shadow of the hand. The refrigerator has more room than I expected and I was able top organize my food in sections to find it easier. The Bespoke immediately connected to my cellphone app that I had already on my phone with my other smart devices. I personally fell in love with the water dispenser on the inside along with a water picture to pour a cold glass of water. I highly recommend this product it is also a great space saver in your kitchen. Everything was an easy set up from the unpackaging to hooking up the water to connecting to the app. Samsung has done it once again.

This refrigerator has been a nightmare- absolute lemon. We’ve only had a few years and during that time in the first year, they had to replace all the internal components and motor twice. Each time we lost an exorbitant amount of food and medication that spoiled. Now the freezer door constantly pops open every time we open and close the refrigerator. Also more food spoilage.

At first I thought, why do I need the touch sensor door opener but it does come in handy when your hands are full. I realized I do use it all the time. The 2 different sizes of ice are nice and it does produce and hold a good bit of ice.

The sleek, flat panel, handle free design almost makes it seem like a piece of art. The inside is no less special. It's beautifully crafted with more space than what it seems to have. The storage options on the door are well thought out, and the air circulation system makes everything stay cold and fresh, from top to bottom. The all around lighting opens up the space too, making sure that all areas of the fridge receive the same amount of lighting. My favorite features have to be the drinking station and double ice bin. It's very convenient to have a full jug of water always available, while also being able to get water from the door as needed. Also, as a sports family, the double ice bins come in handy. The small ice chips are great for drinks, while the larger size are perfect for coolers. The Bespoke collection of appliances is definitely next level and well worth it. I don't think I can go back to owning anything else after this!

It holds as much as my old fridge or more. The stainless steel is so nice and the profile is so much better looking without door handles and water through the door. The beverage center is great, especially the pitcher that fills automatically.

I wish it had a little more organization bins just because the shelves have so much room, but over all an outstanding fridge. It has sensors to open the door when you put your hand hear it to help if your hands are full, it has two ice bins one for nugget ice and one for big ice, and so much more! Just Fabulous!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great! The color of it lends itself to a sleek looking kitchen and the glass doesn't show smudges when touching the doors. The fridge size is much bigger than I was expecting and the drawers/shelves go back pretty far, and there isn't a lot of weird angles inside the fridge. The ice dispenser in the freezer is great as it has two baskets for ice and the large ones aren't too big, and the small ones are great for beverages. It is also nice that the shelves come in to parts so you can have a half shelf if needed for tall beverages. The water pitcher auto refill is really nice and quick so no waiting for fresh filtered water.

I already wrote a review, but this is an add on. Today they sent another technician to my home. Not sure why. He didn't have a part or anything. They are wasting my time. Nothing was fixed. They asked me to contact with this reference no 11468513. No phone no provider only links to Facebook, twitter. The guy would not fix anything. Just told me to dump the ice. I have done that two times and the ice continues to stick. Also, the refrigerator has uneven cooling. It freezes my lettuce, cucumbers etc. They replaced a hinge on the bottom of the door, which tells me this refrigerator was mistreated in transit. There is no reason for that to be broken on a new fridge. Still, they are not doing anything.

It functions flawlessly, it is insanely quiet (the only time I heard it run was when I first plugged it in, and then only barely), and simply beautiful. I take a star off for price, as even being as small as it it, it was super expensive, but I like to think u get what u pay for.
