I've tried to leave a review on this a few times but it was moderated and won't post, so will keep this short and simple - I don't recommend, it stopped working entirely in the 1st month and it's been a nightmare trying to get help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason that I ordered this refrigerator was that my last 'counter top depth' refrigerator had a curved face and extended out beyond what I would consider as a 'counter top depth model'. I really like the flat face of this refrigerator, that it is stainless and that it is a side by side model. I have placed a glass bottle in the beverage center to avoid using the plastic one and it fits perfectly! I also switched from a freezer at the bottom to this model and find it easier than bending over to get things out of the bottom drawer style. The 23 cu ft Capacity works well for having enough space to feed 4 people with using both the refrigerator for leftovers and the freezer for my BOGOs. After about 6 months now, I have had zero issues and am hopeful for a long life for this model!

We really have enjoyed this fridge! The beverage center self filling pitcher is amazing, Initially we thought it was kind of a gimmick, but then it quickly became our favorite part of the fridge. The ice maker is a little slow, it took it almost two days to fill, but it has kept up ever since. We have owned it for six months and really enjoyed it. I wish it came in black glass as well, the stainless shows fingerprints instantly, and our kitchen isn't white, so the glass option doesn't work for us.

We bought this fridge over a year ago and the ONLY thing we hate about it is the ice tray! Once filled with ice, the tray falls down off the track. This is a huge design flaw with apparently no fix. I have read other reviews with the same complaint. When I contacted Samsung, I was told to purchase a new tray (on my own dime). I do not see how this will fix the problem, replacing the tray that falls off with the same exact tray. It is clearly not an issue with MY tray, since others are having the same issue. PLEASE provide a solution that will work!!! Other than this issue (which is huge) we like the rest of the fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great refrigerator specially for disable persons in wheelchair, every thing is at arm reach without having to standup. specially the beverage center, and ice maker. the way you can customize the shelfs to your needs. and the capacity of the drawers makes storage of food easy. the material are easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can you say about a refrigerator, but they are one appliance that people depend on so much.Getting a reliable and dependable one that last for years to come is the goal of everyone. Samsung has that name recognition that fulfills those needs. I bought the Bespoke side by side for the convenience to getting both freezers items and refrigerator side with ease. Especially love the water pitcher that refills itself and adjustable shelving are just a few things I love.

I like the wireless functions. while away I had to turn off ice maker and auto pitcher and was able to do that remotely. lots of room inside. auto pitcher is a great feature and we use it all the time much better than ice/ water outside of door great value for the money

I bought this refrigerator in early November in white and love it. The ice maker has two kinds of ice and the beverage center with filtered water serves the best water I have had in years. For 30 years I have bought bottled Spring water because I did not like tap or refrigerated water. I love the water from this beverage center!
