So clean and stylish The Beverage center? Oh boy its so convenient for my kids to drink a good clean glass of water straight form the fridge! But yu know if its a Samsung you know you have quality and a complete sense of ease. I love the two different sizes of ice cubes myself! They are perfect for any size glas and look so cool! If you are in the search for a new fridge you cant go wrong with this one!

It is not a generic white look…more like an iPhone. The ice and water are hidden on the inside so it’s a very sleek look. I wish they would make a full variety of appliances in this white. So much nicer than stainless!

Refrigerator is consistently cool, water works well though needs significant pressure to get it running, seems smaller than believed. Front stainless easily dented, sides sturdier.

Pros: It is great to have the option of the sharp looking glass front that cleans easily with a microfiber wipe and doesn't have a handle that sticks out. Interior has plenty of space. Our energy usage has been slightly reduced over the last frig. While it's taking a while to get used to the ice and water dispensers that are accessed by opening a door, it's growing on us. We don't have to be concerned about the augur getting stuck or the augur motor giving out. Cons: We miss the middle drawer that was in our old frig but ended up buying bins from a discount store to remedy that situation. The biggest con is that the freeezer door automatically opens quite often when we're getting items out of the frig. I have contacted Samsung and was told auto open cannot be turned off on this model. This a definitly a design flaw and a big disappointment on an otherwise decent frig. Neither pro nor con: Know that the front is nor magnectic so kids artwork and school photos will not stick to the front with a magnet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved into a new home and was so happy to see they added a Samsung fridge. The fridge is so amazing my favorite feature is the auto fill water pitcher so I always have fresh cold water to drink.

Everyone wants stainless steel, black or white regular refrigerators, with handles, water & ice dispenser on the outside. They feel that it makes things easier, but when they're on the outside, they get dirty easy and hard to clean. The Bespoke is sleek, classic and easy to clean. Not to mention the fact that there is a drink station on the inside with a water picture, the self fills and a place to fill your big bottles too. Best decision ever to buy my Bespoke refrigerator. I just love it!

Now a month of use, first noticed, its very quite, had to open the door to hear it running. The door openers are very helpfull, just put finger to the sensor and it pops the door open breaking the magnit seals. Word of warning, the shelves are not adjustable for height!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Design, functionality and space all get an A+ from me. Interestingly enough even the filtered water tastes better than prior fridge!

We bought this refrigerator just 2 months ago at Best Buy. For the first couple of weeks, it worked great. Then the left-hand freezer door began popping open a fraction of an inch EVERY SINGLE TIME we closed the refrigerator door. It's hard to tell when this happens since the gap is small. BUT. Within hours, the freezer will have lost temperature, and everything will be covered in frost. Whatever is in the freezer will defrost. The Samsung technicians who came out said a couple of things. One was that the refrigerator was "within spec", meaning they would not/could not fix it. The tech also told us that this is such a common complaint for Samsung refrigerators that Samsung simply stopped trying to fix it. Think about that. NOBODY would buy this refrigerator if they were aware it would do this and Samsung would not fix it. The problem is pretty obvious. The mechanism that self-closes the freezer door is very weak, and the magnet that holds it in place once you push it close is also too weak. These should be fixable problems. But apparently not by Samsung.
