This oven was purchased to replace the previous model. It is basically the same size just a little deeper but I love the French doors and I use this oven daily, rarely do I use my regular oven. My only concern and the reason why it does not get 5 stars is because the hinges on the French doors do not allow the seals to go completely around the oven. This causes the steam to come out on all four corners, the hotter the oven the more steam pours out so you can easily burn yourself if you are not careful and the steam needs to be vented so I have to move the oven every time I use it.

I am a visual purchaser. With that in mind I was choosing between this and another type. Since I previously owned an air fryer I knew what I was getting into. The pictures show a grabber that is used for the shelf that is contained... The small print is the object doesn't exist though it's only listed as an extra on this app. Not in the book nor on the box. So even though the air fryer worked magnificently for the same price I can get the other product with all of the accessories for less. Shouldn't a club have better accessories or better pictures?

When we opened up the box, there was no grill plate or handle. I was going to return it, then I read online reviews that is a bate and switch scheme. Now you have to purchase these items seperately. I feel like they should advertise it on the box that it DOES NOT come with it. If you look at the pamphlet inside, it shows these pictures along side with the rest of the accessories. Again, it does not say anywhere that it is not included in box. Very disappointed.

This appliance only lasted 6 months before the fan above stopped working.I could only bake afterwards. me & my husband both burnt our arms from the french style doors that need more space. hated the toaster part. it was never consistant. The rotissirrie feature was a horrible mess and chicken had to be taken out halfway to bake on a lined foil instead. Not good . i have since bought another brand. I expected a better product from Emeril.
