We bought this a little hesitant thou. Got it home and setup was easy and straightforward. Have been using it now for awhile and have been very pleased with how it works and cooks our meals. I would recommend getting one for yourselves.

Missing parts with no response from Emeril Lagasse site for resolution. Based on internet reviews this has been an issue with other customers as well.

I've only used it once so far, but on the bake function, it doesn't get as hot on the outside as the manual says (that's a good thing!). It preheated quickly - 4-5 minutes. So far so good.

The unit itself not as large as it appears in TV ad. The fryer performance is excellent, love fatless cooking. I wholeheartedly recommend the product.

I received my purchase timely, the grill pan was not included. I called regarding this and was told it wasn’t included on purchases from Sam’s club. It was disappointing to have to purchase it separately. I still haven’t received it.

I bought this appliance to consolidate two appliances – my toaster, oven and air fryer. I couldn’t be happier with this product. It is amazing and out performs the other two in addition to doing even more things like rotisserie and grilling.

It was time to replace our oven. This is a very nice unit that does a lot of different things well. This year for Thanksgiving we are going to put a chicken on the rotisserie. Im sure it will be perfect.

So far the devices works as expected. My only concern is the french doors easily slam and not sure how that how that will impact quality long term. So far we are pleased.

Love this oven/toaster/air fryer. An essential if your an empty nester. Great for air frying or making a small meal. The directions warn the user about the double doors both open and close simultaneously. I slammed the doors several times until I got used to the way they close. I really like all the preset options.

This is perfect for the space on my counter, and I like how its tall and not wide. Love all the settings for so many things (oddly no cookie setting like on every other one I've had). Seems to work great for cooking, heating up, and air frying. Only caveat is the trays just fall out if you try to take them out a little to flip things, so you have to hold them with a glove. When I read reviews online they all said it comes with an air fryer handle, but it doesn't and this was extremely disappointing as I air fry a lot. Reviews also showed the not included grill plate. Why they include a rotisserie chicken accessory and not a grill plate doesn't make sense, I would think many more people would use the grill plate. Easy to clean so far. If accessories were included as expected, would have given 5 stars.
