Unit gets real hot on outside and smokes a lot. The power cord is very short which doesn’t leave much of a choice where it is placed.

Very deceiving. Says in description that it grills but the Sam’s version doesn’t get a grill. It’s a 50.00 part if you want it.

I purchased & returned within 3 days. It took 16 mins to toast 2 toaster strudels. It wasn’t worth the money paid.

This does more than I expected. I love the convection oven with the added bonus of an air fryer. This replaced a smaller air fryer.

Sam's Club does not include all the the accessories. I am returning my second one as they told me all of the parts would be in this box.

Didn't have time to use, the manufacturer or quality control failed to make sure all parts was included, TWICE!

This is a versatile air fryer. It smokes and it has to be put next to ventilation everytime its used

We bought this a little hesitant thou. Got it home and setup was easy and straightforward. Have been using it now for awhile and have been very pleased with how it works and cooks our meals. I would recommend getting one for yourselves.

Within just a few uses several segments of the l. E! D display began to fade out. Didn't affect the performance of the oven, but very annoying to look at and sometimes difficult to read. Returned for refund.

It works as advertised but it’s smaller than it looks. All of the parts advertised do not come with it. You will only get the basic parts. I do not care for the way it cooks. The chicken tends to be dry and the fries do not brown enough for me.
