This oven made great food for us for about a year. After a year, the top heating element died and so began my frustrating journey of discovery. 1. The warranty for this unit is only 1 year, and even then you have to pay to have it shipped to CA for RMA. 2. After 1 year, you're on your own, and they don't sell replacement parts. So, only purchase this unit if you intend to repurchase it every year.

I do understand the grill plate is NOT included and can be bought separately. The grilling handle does show included in the box, handbook, and pictures on dams item description. I was missing the grilling handle which was disappointing but I guess I'll have to contact customer service now.

BUYER BEWARE! MISSING PARTS! Called about missing grill plate only to find out the price was reduced in agreement with Sam's club because parts are omitted! In order to get the grill plate and handle would cost almost as much as the unit! Shame on Lagasse and his manufacturer!

I loved it until a couple of days ago, when it did not want to heat up using the air fryer or broil settings

Worked great for less than a year. Now it turns on the motor but doesn't heat up. For the price it should last longer. Consider another option.

I have used the air fryer three times and each time it smokes so much that it set off the fire alarm. Returning it.

Too small for our needs and the different settings ended up not easy to apply to our cooking styles.

Missing the 2 most important things, the griddle witch i didn't know wasn't included with mine. And the the handle witch was included.
