Works great

Last 10 mo. 1 year is june 10. Its withon the 1 year warranty but gotta mail this 33 lb back to them in Ca... For $90. Then i will only have another 6 mo warranty. So for 90$ more I get new and can buy the optional warranty. I loved it before today however.

Was to big

My boys got this unit for me for Christmas last year being the family cook I had a lot to learn tonight for instance i used the broiler to night to cook some salmon patties it was great. its still a learning curve. My miner issue it got to be a easier way to clean it if anyone has a better way to clean it please let me know .

I do understand the grill plate is NOT included and can be bought separately. The grilling handle does show included in the box, handbook, and pictures on dams item description. I was missing the grilling handle which was disappointing but I guess I'll have to contact customer service now.

BUYER BEWARE! MISSING PARTS! Called about missing grill plate only to find out the price was reduced in agreement with Sam's club because parts are omitted! In order to get the grill plate and handle would cost almost as much as the unit! Shame on Lagasse and his manufacturer!

This oven made great food for us for about a year. After a year, the top heating element died and so began my frustrating journey of discovery. 1. The warranty for this unit is only 1 year, and even then you have to pay to have it shipped to CA for RMA. 2. After 1 year, you're on your own, and they don't sell replacement parts. So, only purchase this unit if you intend to repurchase it every year.
