This was THE WORST experience fir first time ordering online with Sam’s. Missing parts with BOTH shipments! The one part I wanted to experiment with was missing on both shipments, so returned to credit!

I am impressed. This oven does everything I need and more. Cook times are reduced from recommended times listed on packaged foods. And the alert to turn food when cooking is helpful as well.

I love this airfryer! I had the double ninja airfryer which was good, but being able to cook larger amounts at a time, able to view it before I could burn it, and make beautiful toast and mouth watering bacon is just heaven!

have concern over noise from air fryer fan. Tried to find warranty info but could not get any warranty details. Emeril Lagasse is the name on the box but HPC BRANDS LLC is the actual company but all they offered was arbitration agreement.

This oven is great. We are traveling in our rv. My Instant Pot vortex oven died and we got this to replace it. It is fantastic! Larger, cooks very evenly and efficiently. Getting one for home too!

Horrible! Inconceivable Emeril Lagasse is hocking this machine, yes, he sold most of his portfolio to Martha Stewart, but geesh this oven was defective and dangerous, i.e., fire hazard! Listen up folks, heed the reviews Caveat Emptor!!!!

Very disappointed. Poor quality product. The baking tray is very hard to clean. It works OK so far and has many settings. It looks and feels like a cheaply made appliance. I am not expecting it to last very long.

very disappointed, baking pan is very thin metal, food sticks to it and it is very hard to clean. grill plate and handle cost around $40, considering the quality of the baking pan, not going to purchase another piece of junk.

Over rated over priced junk. Recipes included burns food.Air fryer basket falls out because of poor design spilling hot food on you and the counter/ floor.

Cooks Good just don't like the fact that when you go to slide the trays out to flip over food or check it'd doneness it falls out on the counter. Bad design. I've owned several air fryers in the past and none of them did that.
