I'm learning how to use it and so far so good. I WAS disappointed that the grill pan and the grill pan handle wasn't included, even though the handle can be used for other things. You would think the handle would come with the grill pan at least. It would cost me another $40 to add those, the grill pan $25 and the handle $19. I guess it's just a way to make back the money they lost by putting it on sale.

I love this air fryer. The only thing missing is more clear instructions on how to make multiple things at a time, which it is supposed to be able to do. Maybe I will look online to see what I can find but I really wish it was included in the care and use instructions.

This was very hard to get. Took weeks to get Sams to even care. Had to order twice to receive one. It is a good price but beware the reason being so is because it doesn’t come with the cast grill plate which comes in them normally. Other than Sams and the fact it’s minus the grill plate I absolutely love this French door airfryer!

Air fryer not crisping up chicken like my other cheap model. Rotisserie did not cook chicken completely with preset time and temp. Looks good on counter but just not performing as we expected it would.

Very disappointed. Poor quality product. The baking tray is very hard to clean. It works OK so far and has many settings. It looks and feels like a cheaply made appliance. I am not expecting it to last very long.

very disappointed, baking pan is very thin metal, food sticks to it and it is very hard to clean. grill plate and handle cost around $40, considering the quality of the baking pan, not going to purchase another piece of junk.

Over rated over priced junk. Recipes included burns food.Air fryer basket falls out because of poor design spilling hot food on you and the counter/ floor.

Does well with the cooking options but not the best to clean. It's a little challenging to get used to but overall it is a good unit. It will smoke a lot during cooking.

Performance gets a big 5 star. However the reason for 2 stars is because there are 3 items missing. I emailed both Sam's club and the manufacturer 3 weeks ago and still no response from either one.

This was THE WORST experience fir first time ordering online with Sam’s. Missing parts with BOTH shipments! The one part I wanted to experiment with was missing on both shipments, so returned to credit!
