Great AirFryer/Oven. Has 19 functions and tons of presets so you dont have to remember your settings. Grill function is great although this model did NOT come with the grill plate or handle and i had to order it. Very easily cleaned and fits on the counter under the cabinets. Gives off a minimal amount of heat so its perfect for Florida in the summer and has a self cooling feature.

I'm learning how to use it and so far so good. I WAS disappointed that the grill pan and the grill pan handle wasn't included, even though the handle can be used for other things. You would think the handle would come with the grill pan at least. It would cost me another $40 to add those, the grill pan $25 and the handle $19. I guess it's just a way to make back the money they lost by putting it on sale.

The box was missing the grill plate handle which attaches to the crisper tray as well as the grill plate so you can take them out of the oven when hot. The grill plate is starred ☆ as may be sold separately, but the handle isn't starred ☆. Don't know why they don't put the grill plate inside, except just a reason to get you to spend more money. I called the manufacturer and they said they would give me one but I would have to pay $14 shipping.

I love this air fryer. The only thing missing is more clear instructions on how to make multiple things at a time, which it is supposed to be able to do. Maybe I will look online to see what I can find but I really wish it was included in the care and use instructions.

Still learning how to use this appliance, but here's a couple of tips for subsequent buyers. If you cook a pizza as directed in the user manual, you will likely end up with a burned bottom on the crust. Cook it on the "Toast" rack position rather than down lower in the "Pizza" rack position and cook it a couple of minutes less than the preset "Pizza" time. Watch it carefully for the last couple of minutes. Very difficult to get the bread I use for toast - a high quality multi-grain bread - to the degree of brownness I prefer without having the crust burned. Disappointed the appliance, when bought from Sam's Club, doesn't include the grill plate. You have to buy it separately. Haven't priced that out yet so can't speak to what that will cost me if I choose to purchase it. Air Fried some frozen chicken nuggets and they came out just right. DO NOT use this appliance with it located beneath any cabinetry - especially wooden cabinetry as it gets VERY hot above the appliance and could damage your cabinetry or even present a fire danger.

Really enjoy how quiet and efficient it is. It's very easy and intuitive to use. I plugged it in and just started using it without really looking at the book for more than the rack instructions. It's larger than a small canister style because it's more like a second oven for small to medium sized jobs. Really like it so far.

Very convenient all in one Air Fryer, a little bit expensive even that prices on most items in Sams Club. The settings are easy to get to work. Built-in light is a must in this fryer. The inner size is adequate, you can make/reheat a 12' inches pizza (excellent). Its gets hotter outside housing due to Stainless Steel.

After a couple of months of daily use, we really like this all-in-one oven. We replaced a toaster oven with this because of the air fry ability. We can still toast bread and waffles in the morning, heat up pizza or bake chicken in it. Having the air fry ability on top of all of that is great. Haven't tried the rotisserie on it yet. The double oven doors are a really nice option also, and make removing food without getting burnt much easier than the fold down door.

I love this airfryer! I had the double ninja airfryer which was good, but being able to cook larger amounts at a time, able to view it before I could burn it, and make beautiful toast and mouth watering bacon is just heaven!

I’ve reheated left overs, baked tender pork chops and I made fried zucchini. Pleased with everything. Only thing I was disappointed in it showed the grill plate but it was not included & Sam’s club doesn’t even offer the item to buy separately
