The frosting was good. Cake "mix" perhaps overbeaten as the cake itself was extremely dry. Once you cut into the cake/cupcake it's a TOTAL mess. Don't recommend this item at all.

Don't make the same mistake

Very dry cake, and when we were removing the wrapper to cut the cake to serve it, it fell apart, all the candy fell out and was a huge mess. My daughter was so disappointed.
