The bed had an equal comfort level to the 28 year old bed it replaced. I still look for a cooler unused place to put my legs. Due to the slight downward slope of the mattress on the sides, when more weight is put there the slope becomes precipitous. For the first time in my adult life (I don't recall if it ever happened as a young child), I rolled off my bed in my sleep. I did break a toe somehow on landing. I am very grateful that I did not break one of my 73 year old hips. I now take extra effort to sleep more towards the middle of the bed. On the positive side, I love the adjustable frame. It helps to keep my occasional acid reflux at bay

Purchased the bed for my mother, for her medical issues. She likes it a lot, still learning new things about the bed's functions. The matress is perfect for her and she sleeps comfortablely. The only issues is it too high with the 12" legs, will be puchasing the 6" legs.

I have had a mostly miserable experience with the mattress. My shoulders, back and hip are in so much pain, I wake up 4-5 times a night. The adjustable base works fine and the mattress does have a cool feel to it, the most positive points of the purchase. I will be initiating a return as soon as the 30th day of the trial period ends. This mattress may work well for some people, it just doesn’t work for me.

We’ve been sleeping on our Ghost Bed for about 6 weeks now. I use a sleep app on my smart watch and it told me I was getting a better quality sleep from the first night we slept on it. In the past 6 weeks the length of sleep, number of restful hours and heart rate dip have all shown improvement. The bed is comfy, a good firmness for us but I don’t find it to be as cooling as others have said. It arrived within days of ordering and the packaging made it easy to move up the stairs. It was easy to put together and we used the brackets to connect our head board. A couple of things I’d suggest - invest in sheet straps. Without them to secure our fitted sheets I did find they had an annoying tendency to pop off when you move the bed’s head position. We bought two remotes thinking it would be nice to have one on either side of the bed in case one person fell asleep first and had the remote on their side of the bed it would be handy to have another in reach - that didn’t work because it appears you can only have one paired at a time. We like sleeping in the zero gravity setting but I found my husband was more likely to snore like that so it takes some work to tweak it and learn the best position for you. Neither of us are overly tall but I do find when you move to the TV watching position for example, you’ll need to hike your butt back or you’re feet will hang over the end. In other words, it will take some getting use to the different settings. Overall we like the bed and we’re sleeping better. We definitely thought the price was competitive and the shipping was fast and appreciated that it was made in Canada. Built in USB ports are also a useful feature.

Purchased the 2 twins king sized adjustable bed. Sales person said installation was simply plugging it in. NOT!! I hired someone and it took a couple of hours....just so you know. So far the bed is okay.....a part of me wonders is it's a bit firm, but then I have a bad back so know too soft won't work for me. I am on the fence. I like the fitted bottom sheets -- the top sheet for this king split isn't really wide enough to cover 2 people.......they need to add at least another 12 inches to the width. Bought the pillows. They are thick-- you can take foam pieces out until you get it like you want it. I like the massage feature on the bed. And adjustments.

The Ghost Bed Lux, was everything I had hoped it would be and more. Sleeping great so far although Its only been 4 nights, it does feel much cooler than my straight memory foam bed that was 15 years old. I am a very hot sleeper and have not woke up one morning with any damp pillows as of yet. I keep my room at 70 degrees and sleep with only a sheet.

I replaced a traditional king-size mattress (quite firm) and box springs with a king-size GhostBed Flex mattress and Adjustable Bed Frame. A key component in my decision making was the ability to have White Glove Delivery since the old mattresses needed to be removed and the new frame and mattress installed on the second floor of a townhouse. Apparently GhostBed had only recently entered into an arrangement with a third-party provider for the installation and delivery, and that did not go as smoothly as expected. The first delivery was aborted because the delivery crew’s directions did not specify installation. A call to GhostBed the next day identified the problem and a new delivery was scheduled a week later (due to availability). This time, the crew was prepared to install, but apparently had not been trained on how to install. They did not use the directions, were not aware that the frame had to be synched for a king mattress, and were not completely COVID compliant. Two requests had to be made before one of the crew members pulled his mask up over his nose. However, they did eventually get the mattress and frame installed and cleaned up well. I only have two weeks of experience so far sleeping on the bed, but I am finding it perfect so far. The mattress is very comfortable, form fits to my body, yet does not feel too soft, and the adjustable frame is more quiet than I was expecting. I think I need more time to be completely sure, but thus far, I am very happy with my product decision.

Since buying our 2nd ghost mattress we decided it was time to get an “adult” bed. We purchased the Split King with adjustable base. Best investment is all I can say. My husband has severe lower back pain. He has done yoga to steroids injections and nothing works. The good ol’ military says there is nothing to do except to exercise. My husband is 6’3 and maybe 160 he is just broken. Since we have had the mattress he found out the “Zero Gravity” mode helps ease the pressure and he sleeps like a baby. I will never look back on this purchase and regret it. If my husband isn’t hurting while sleeping I am happy. As for myself I love the ghost bed and I will say this is better than our 1st one we bought years ago. I loved our previous non ghost mattress a lot that I didn’t want to switch over. But it grew on me slowly and I took the whole 30 days to get use to it. I tell everyone about ghost bed!

The whole set up is very straight forward, the instructions were easy to interpret. The mattress itself is firm but conforming. A few days in and it sleeps like a dream. The adjustable base allows the user to have a personal touch in their positioning. Zero g is amazing with the massage settings. Overall an excellent combo and this is coming from someone who was skeptical with getting their money’s worth. Working nights at a hospital has taken a toll on my sleep and this combo has alleviated the compiling sleep issues and body detriment.

I got my new Ghostbed about a month ago, and have been sleeping better ever since. Even my sleepwalking has gone down since switching mattresses! The Luxe is perfect for combo sleepers. The adjustable base has worked perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great sleep and not spend a fortune!
