Purchased last week and absolutely love it! Definitely no regrets. Can't say enough about the firmness and its cooling system. Its heavy so make SURE you have it going the right way while unrolling on the bed.

Ordered online because of all the great reviews. They definitely live up to it. The only thing was the shipping. They left it on the bottom of our stairs and one of the mattresses (twin xl) was wide open. Thankful when seen it when we did cause it poured rain within the hour. I get the fact that the bases and the mattress were heavy but at least let us know that they are at the bottom of the stairs. We have never had an adjustable base and we like it for relaxing watching tv and such. So far we haven’t used the “sleep” feature. The mattresses are cool feeling and seem a bit silky which makes the fitted sheet move a bit. But sleep wise we love it.

I was very hesitant to buy a bed in a box without having tried it out. I read all the reviews and decided to try it. I could not be more happy with it. No more backache or shoulder aches when I wake up and it is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, I have had an adjustable bed for years and will never have anything else.

We have been talking about getting an adjustable bed for awhile and now that I found out I am having surgery in my foot and need to elevate it this was the perfect time for this purchase.

The good news is the bed is excellent. Our sleep has improved immensely since we replaced our Sleep Number bed with the Ghost Bed Signature Hybrid. The only problems we had were bringing the mattresses and bases into the house prior to the set up. FYI, the White Glove set up company does not deliver the beds and bring them into the home. We were told one person could lift the boxes. Not true! The bases each weigh over 100 pounds and the box is labeled “2 person lift”. Same for the mattresses. I hurt my wrist and back bringing them in. Next the White Glove Set up company arrived and told us the dismantling of the Sleep Number bed wasn’t included and it would be extra. Fortunately, they turned out not to be true eventhough one of the chat agents said it was part of the White Glove description. All in all we are happy with the bed, but just be aware they you will need help bringing in bases and some of the mattresses.

Got a Ghostbed Queen Mattress %26 Adjustable Frame combo on sale. I'm ecstatic with my purchase! I used to always wake up with lower back pain with my old matress. The Ghostbed has alleviated this. It's softer with very nice cushion without being too soft. I can also watch TV propping up the adjustable frame and turning on the massage function with the great remote control. You won't regret buying this great resting combo!

This is exactly what we needed. After a ton of research and reading customer reviews on many mattresses in the market, my wife and I decided to purchase a GhostBed. The first night we knew we had finally made the right choice for us. For the first time in years neither of us woke with aches and pains. We also were able to sleep through the night and didn't spend time tossing and turning to find the position that provided the most relief. The mattress is formfitting and offers excellent support; we can finally feel the mattress mold to our body without feeling like it is too soft or so hard it is like having a board under the initial padding. Love it and highly recommend it. I'll try to post again after our 100-day trial and next year to see if we are still as pleased.

I haven’t slept all night pain free until we got this bed. It’s only been 2 nights now so I’m a little hesitant to say this but I called my family the first morning to tell them. I also want to say that getting the bed shipped to my home was a HUGE hassle but they finally got it right.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable! I don't understand how there are not a million reviews about how slippery the mattress is. We bought the set bc we needed the adjustable base, but every time the head is elevated, we slide down through the night, and the sheets come off. It was slightly better with a mattress pad on, but i removed it, thinking it was the problem. It only got worse without it. We have to remake the bed every day!

Samsclub.com needs to investigate why the warehouse is only shipping the mattress and not the adjustable base for this set. I ordered this set twice and each time I received just the mattress. I finally gave up and returned the 2nd mattress that was delivered to the Battle Creek MI store for a refund. While I was there I purchased a Serta hybrid mattress. It shouldn’t be that hard to get what you order.
