This is the best decision I've ever made. My Temper-Pedic mattress was 20 years old - so I had to do something! Ghostbed is wonderful - I can't say enough good things about it and the adjustable feature is fantastic - I have acid reflux and it helps me with that immensely. The LoadUp feature worked so well - the techs who came were so nice and made sure everything worked as expected. Thank you GhostBed so glad I found you!

The adjustable base is great, like the presets and the USB ports are handy to have, but the mattress while it felt great for about a week, is already too soft and does not give enough support. I am thinking of returning, I need something that stays firm like this one did for the first week. But if you like a softer mattress this is for you.

The installation was extremely easy, which was a huge relief for me. I bought the twin xl mattress and the adjustable frame. Since my purchase, I have had the best sleep ever. I’m a heavy guy so finding a mattress that could support my weight was very important and the ghost bed definitely helped with that. I would recommend buying the mattress cover if you tend to eat food while on your bed. I bought the cover just in case I spill food on it or drinks.

The white glove service delivered 31 days after I ordered my bed My items were sitting in the warehouse for four weeks ‘lost’. After many calls they did a sweep and found them. If you choose white glove set up keep this in mind. Otherwise we love the bed the two nights we have slept on it

I installed my bed which was fairly easier that most other beds and didn't take long at all to set up. Assembly was even easier to follow. Instructions for the remote do not fully explain what the functions are: like the ZG button, haven't discovered what it does yet and the pamphlet does not say either. You can't play with the remoter too often though, it says it will reset on you. I know I don't want get caught in between the bed if decides to fold up on me while in it. LOL :)

Always had a Queen mattress since I graduated college and for my 22+ years of marriage. First time ordering a king size mattress & we ordered the Venus Williams hybrid mattress. I was skeptical about getting a split king, but I am absolutely loving it! What sold us was the option to control each mattress separately & with my sleep apnea & recovery from a recent surgery, it has made sleeping so much more comfortable. Would recommend this combo & may even purchase adjustable single beds for my sons.

My husband and I love this bed. It is the best of both types of mattresses, plush and memory foam. My husband dreams every night and we both wake up refreshed. The massage feature isn’t that great, more like vibration. The under bed lights are wonderful to get up to use the bathroom without disturbing your partner. Separate controls mean each of us can be comfortable in any position. The snore feature helps because I can adjust my husbands position andhe doesn’t wake up. The financing through affirm made it very affordable with no interest. The bed came fast and was easy to assemble. Making the bed is easier than a traditional king bed because the mattresses are movable and light enough so they can be separated to get into the middle and get the fitted sheets under the mattress. Split king sheets or 2 twin xl sets are needed depending if you want a separate top sheet for each bed.

Easy to set up completely changed out sleep habits. My husband snores and then I toss and turn. Now I just adjust the head of his bed with the push of a button and he stops snoring. He says that he can't feel me toss and turn on the new bed. We are very happy with our ghost bed and wish we would have purchased one sooner .

My Wife and I decided to try the Ghostbed with the adjustable frame to try and help with her snoring issues and my neck problems. The investment turned into some of the best sleep we have had in years. Thanks to Ghostbed we are sleeping in the same room again.

We received the adjustable bed and the 3D Matrix mattress. We had paid for white glove and they delivered the adjustable bed that had bad screw holes so the middle leg was sideways and others had to be put in different holes. The mattress was low on one side. I emailed, called and chatted. The only one that I could talk to was the chat and they did not get anything done. After weeks they sent me a leg not the frame that I told them and the installer put on the paper what was wrong. The mattress I took a lot of pictures and they just said that’s normal so if you don’t have a headboard to hold your pillow it will fall off. You have a 120 days to change your mind but if they won’t take it back or make a quality product what good does that do. The excuse I got when I asked why they don’t get back to me was they are busy and that is claims so if your making so many bad products so your busy. The only good thing I can say is I really like the mattress except for the pillows falling off.
