[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really great. It is firm enough that I do not sink into it, but it isn't hard either. It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. Before receiving this product, I had a memory foam mattress. This Ultra Firm mattress was just what I needed. My low back pain has been reduced and the amount of tossing and turning throughout the night has reduced significantly. I definitely recommend this to anyone with back issues.

From day one we had the comfort and support that we have always looked for and not found till now. Bed is soft but has all the support for back or side sleeper. There is no sag in any area of the mattress. It does not sleep hot which is a relief. I sleep hot as many mattresses do. For people with back issues this bed is worth a try.

We exchanged our Beautyrest Black C Class 14.5 inch King Size Plush Mattress for this because of the body impressions after just the first few days. After going back to Mattress Firm we picked out the Stearns and Foster Estate Pillow Top Soft King to replace it and it has been a great decision. The mattress is just what we were looking for, soft but yet supportive and it bounces back each morning, unlike the Beautyrest we had. I talked to a salesperson at another store who owns a Stearns and Foster Plush mattress and she said it is still going strong after 18 years and claims it is just like the day she bought it. Quality, support and comfort at reasonable in price. What more could you ask for!

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product!

I started off with a Bed Tech copper lux soft mattress. We had a cold winter and my bedroom became cold. The Bed Tech mattress turned hard as a brick. I was miserable. I then tried a medium firmness Tempur-Pedic supreme overlay for the Bed Tech mattress. I I was miserable because it was too firm. I then tried an Adapt Tempur-Pedic overlay for the mattress. That was not comfortable either. I then went with a Saatva overlay for the mattress. That did not work and was not soft enough. Saatva then told me to order a feather overlay for the Saatva overlay mattress. I was sent two and both of them were contaminated with horrible odors that I could not use. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to get rid of everything and start all over again. I went with a full Estate soft pillow top. I love it. At first it was somewhat firmer than I liked but I have had it now for about 40 days and it is getting very soft and comfortable. I am now comfortable and am looking forward to going to bed rather than dreading it. It was expensive and a big financial burden but it is worth a good nights sleep.

We purchased a Sterns & Foster, Brenda Creek, Estate several years ago. Cost was expensive, not permitted to give the cost in this review. The mattress has (2) dents where we sleep. The center between us is 2" higher than where we sleep. Very disappointed, and surely will not recommend Sterns and Foster to anyone. The salesman was not honest with us.

I purchased this mattress May 2022, I should have written a review sooner. I expected a comfortable product from Stearns & Foster especially for the cost. However, the mattress does not recover from body impression, leaving an indentation finding it difficult to reposition myself while sleeping, making a good nights sleep compromised.

I've always been a hybrid on wanting soft with slight firmness but this is the first time I've experienced a firm mattress and I never want to go back. Well worth the wait.
