Haier 9.8 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator

I love everything about the refridgerator I purchased. The size was PERFECT for my efficiency and all of the inside shelving is perfect.

Had one before this and it just stopped working. Set this one to coldest level and is barely cold enough. Chose model because of size.

Barely cold enough

Why do items placed on bottom refrigerator shelf freeze?  Cannot use 5 or 4 settings; only 3. Is that by design?  Seems odd.

Does the job, but...

It was hard to keep it at a temp that didn't freeze water of seltzer in the fridge.  I is a louder than other units in our house.

Temp Control

I bought this fridge a few weeks ago for a business. It’s freezer is the perfect size for a large number of ice packs and ice rubs for our clients!

Perfect size!

Got this about a month ago and the only negative comment is the temperature control is a.bit sensitive but not a big deal.  Otherwise excellent!

Performs as advertised

I used it to replace a RV refrigerator it works so much better and has a lot more room and was so much cheaper to buy and to operate

Works great

Needed a small refrigerator in the garage for extra soft drinks and additional freezer space. It's working out great.

The size is appropriate for a single person or limited kitchen space, and the top-freezer layout is straightforward and familiar.

Cooling performance has been consistent so far. Food stays cold, the freezer keeps items frozen, and the temperature controls seem to function normally. Storage is adequate for a unit this size, with adjustable shelves and door compartments that make it reasonably easy to organize basic groceries. It's not particularly spacious, but that's typical for a refrigerator under 10 cubic feet.

Noise levels are about what you'd expect—occasionally noticeable when the compressor cycles on, but nothing unusual for a compact fridge. The stainless finish looks decent and fits a modern apartment aesthetic, though it's still very much a basic appliance rather than anything premium.

Overall, it performs its primary function without any surprises. It's a refrigerator that keeps food cold and frozen as designed. Since it came with the apartment, it's not something I would have necessarily sought out on my own, but it works adequately for everyday use and fits the needs of a small living space.

The refrigerator has no noise and cools very effectively. Please ensure that you let it sit for six hours after receiving it, and then let it cool for a few hours before placing items inside.
