We hate to hear you've had an issue with needing to replace your former unit, and know how frustrating that must have been, especially if you are now having an issue with the crisper temperature on your current refrigerator. We would like to assist. If the crisper is not yet at your preferred temperature, it may simply be because the new refrigerator has only been in use about a day. It can sometimes take a day or two for the refrigerator to cool down completely to the normal temperature. If you still feel the crisper is not at the right temperature after that time period, the temperature of the overall unit can be adjusted using the Temperature Dial. The crisper itself may also have a slide control that can adjust the humidity and/or temperature settings. We are sorry, however, that the capacity is less than desired and that items in your refrigerator are freezing. This must be very discouraging and we understand your disappointment.
