Hello- We are so sorry to hear you are having these issues with your new refrigerator. On top freezer refrigerators, water under the vegetable pans is the most common evidence of a clogged defrost drain tube. These models require some disassembly to access the defrost drain tube. If you haven't already, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to service. They can be reached by calling 1-877-337-3639. We hope this is resolved for you in a timely manner.
