Great value!

My order in Sam's Club - Westinghouse WGen9500TFc 12500 Peak Watt Remote Electric Start Tri Fuel Portable Generator was delivered today. After this generator was unpacked, it turned out that the plastic box that covers the back side of the control electrical panel was broken into several pieces, and now the electrical part of the control panel has no protection. In all likelihood, this was due to poor assembly of the generator, as this plastic box was crushed by the electric stepping motor/electric generator. I have attached a photo which clearly shows that part of the electric generator is located in the place where this plastic box should be. This accident could not have happened during transportation since this plastic box is located inside the Portable Generator and cannot be accessed from the outside, and the electrical generator and electrical control panel are rigidly attached to the frame of the Portable Generator and cannot move. I would like them to replace it for me I'm giving it two stars, not one because I still don't know how it works.

We just received our new generator this afternoon. We have a friend who is going to help us with it. He has lots of experience. Ours was bought & shipped very quickly. We will have a great time learning about & using our generator. Thank you very much.

Arived 2 days after purchase. Easy setup. Added gasloline, pluged in the battery and started right up. Tried the pull start, same easy start. Haven't hooked up the LP or Natural Gas yet but feel it will preform well with these fuels too. Looking for several years of use.

Got a great deal and look forward to hooking it up.

Haven't started the unit yet, but I like the many features. Should run my whole house when needed.
