We bought this after a major power outage and we are so glad that we did! It is easy to use and powers tons of things at once. We no longer have to worry about the power being out for hours!

We were hesitant to purchase a generator due to the cost, but eventually settled on the 9500tfc. Best purchase ever made! Especially with the hurricanes this year, it's really come in handy and works like a clock.

I bought this generator right after Hurricane Beryl hit us. Hooked up with the house; broke in; oil change etc. Now I am ready for the next hurricane!

It runs the whole house! Hand down the best thing I have bought in a long time. Was without power for 11 days after a hurricane. And this guy never stopped. We have it connected to natural gas also, so we didn't have to wait in lines for gas.

I have yet to start the generator as we have been on vacation. I will say, my first impression is very good. Really good owner's manual and warranty information.

Haven't used it in an emergency yet but out of the box everything worked just fine. Starts easy, runs great and it feels well built. Only time will tell but I imagine this will work perfectly in a power outage.

I bought it to power my welder it has a few issues where it will not turn on then you wait 4 seconds and it starts running and the control didn’t work but it ran the welder alright so that was good at least

We bought this for hurricane Beryl and it ran mostly our whole house including a 4 ton AC unit with no soft start, fridges, freezers, etc. Beautifully made and could not be happier.

Purchased this product to power my home while contractors were doing work. Generator ran 95% of my entire house. For the price point this thing is great

Although it is a large and heavy generator, it is easy to move around with the large wheels and extending handle. Set-up was easy with good instructions and it started easily once I carefully followed the starting instructions.
