I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am happy I bought this generator because now my electrician can install transfer switch and be ready for any power outage. It has a button to start so I don't have to learn to crank this generator to start.

I purchased unit for use as a portable standby generator. The unit was nice features including stow away pull handle, LED display with voltage, and remote start. This is a well-designed piece of equipment.

I bought this the day of a hurricane and had to wait for the shipping to arrive . Glad I did, this replaced a 5500 and work great for the whole house. We are definitely ready for the next power outage.

Looks good, has the power to help us in power outages. Hope we never have to use it but if we do, we got lights and moma got some AC or Heat with our low amperage mini splits and keep the fridge running.

The order and delivery was seamless. Was impressed with the ease of assembly. Still in the break in period and it is doing great. Will have to update review later after running on a full load for awhile.

This generator has everything I was looking for and more. Like the fact I can pull start if battery is dead, but comes with battery tender. Can’t say I look forward to a power outage but feel prepared now

Ordered right after Beryl hit and received it in 4 days from date of order. Had the house up and running the next day on natural gas. Definitely recommend sizing up if you have electric water heater.

I bought this last winter before the California power shut downs. it has worked to run my whole house when needed with 9500 watts I can even run the A/C

I ordered this to power my whole house because I live in Houston, TX where are hurricanes are prevalent. This generator along with a micro-air attached to my AC allows me to power my whole house, including my central air conditioning.
