I love that this generator has the flexibility of being tri-fuel. I originally planned to use it with our house propane but wasn't ready to spend the money for a new propane line. For now I will use it with gasoline. If our next house has natural gas, it will work there as well.

Luckily we didn't need to use this new Dual Fuel Generator this Hurricane Season, how ever last year we only had a gas generator, and we were without power for 5 days and was not able to find gas by the end of the time frame. Now that we have this new generator we can have gas and propane ready every year incase we need it.

As a retired electrician with 30 years of experience, I did a lot of research on this generator and others before purchasing it for my home. I also installed generators for some people in the past, and based on those experiences, I decided to go with this brand. In a 1,200–2,000 sq ft house, I can easily run the heating system (furnace), two refrigerators, about 30 lights, and both the washer and dishwasher without any issues. We haven't had to use this generator yet but I won't buy from westinghouse again as they lied to us. They said if we left a google review we would get a free cover for the generator. We never received it. Just another case of a company lying to the consumer.

I bought this as a backup when the power goes out. I have a 1500SF home.2 refrigerators, 1 chest frefridgerator, hot water heater, 4 mini splits, oven/stove, and the usual ceiling fans and lighting. This generator powers everything in my house. I wired it to plug into my main electric panel and have not had any issues. I am very pleased with how this generator powers my house when the power goes out.

Purchased this in March but did not have the new natural gas line and new 50 amp electrical line installed until recently. Everything's in place now and have tried out the generator. Once it gets running, it works well, especially with the natural gas.

Being that this was going to be our first generator, we took our time. We searched and researched for the one that best meet our needs. The Westinghouse WGen9500TC won! Due to its safety features, 3 fuel options, remote start, transfer switch ready...etc. Just a good purchase!

My wife and I bought this generator as a Christmas gift to each other. We have lived in the country for 40+ years and have never had a generator. Shame on us. Know we have this new one and hope to never have to use it. LOL. Planning on putting a thru the wall hookup using the 30 amp outlet. Assembly was easy and after following all the start up procedures, it fired right up using the electric start. So far so good.

I just moved to Florida and hope not to need this generator. However, the odds of that are low. Currently, I am waiting for the electrician to install a way for me to connect it when needed. I have a 2100 sf house and my electrician said I can power everything I need with this generator, except air conditioning. I'll have to not use some things to use the AC, but I can still run it if I get too hot.
